The best 3 star hotel we have ever visited.
Rested from 19 to 26 October 2013. A free transfer from the railway station in Truskavets, a very friendly driver, met me near the car, helped bring the luggage to the car. The hotel helped bring things to the 4th floor.
The hotel is in a quiet location next to the lower pump room. A modern, functional building with optimal placement of rooms and an acceptable design of the latter.
In the hotel itself, the service is 4-5 stars, excellent value for money, in Truskavets there are 4 and 5 stars with much worse service. Towels are changed every day without a reminder, the bed was changed already on the 3rd day also without a reminder. All food is very tasty cooked, especially goose and duck. The staff is helpful and resolves all issues very quickly. All procedures are performed professionally.
Only positive impressions of rest and recovery. Many thanks to the staff and owners for organizing the highest level of service at a very reasonable price.
The only wish is to provide the rooms with signs (do not disturb).
