We just arrived from Truskavets and immediately want to share our impressions. This is my 5th time in Truskavets, but now I want to try a new hotel. On our last visit, we saw how it was being restored and already asked when the opening was. The building is located in a park area, the building is a restored villa of the old Truskavets.
Let's talk about the "pros" first.
-The room was booked without any problems. The administrator Galina was very kind on the phone, and, as we later found out on the spot, she is also a pleasant woman in real life. Listened to all requests and wishes;
- The rooms are very neat and clean. Especially nice bed linen and towels. They even give you a towel under your feet. Toilet paper is good, delivered almost every other day, or even every day. The furniture is new, there are bedside tables, a table, an ottoman;

- The location of the hotel is just fabulous! The park is almost like leaving the porch, the area is quiet, there is a nice church nearby, the Med Palace is also in front of the hotel, not far from the pump room, and a disco, which by the way is not heard, a restaurant downstairs with an excellent menu;
-Water around the clock and warm and hot. The cabin is spacious, you can even get water like in a small bath to sit and take a steam bath;
- Plasma TV, large selection of channels;
- the lighting in the rooms and the bathroom is excellent, they do not save on this. There is a table lamp with three brightness levels of lightening at the touch of a hand. Small refrigerator, set of dishes;
-Internet wireless around the clock and free of charge.
Few cons. Although we have no complaints about the hotel, and in particular to the owners of the hotel, some of their employees are not very, let's say, tactful. You should pay attention to this when selecting personnel.
- the cleaners come early. Just knock once on the door and immediately turn the key. So you won't have time to get dressed or jump out of bed or shower. Yes, you don’t even have time to shout “Wait! ”. It's like a speed race: who will open the door faster or be able to hold it. Every morning we were afraid of this cleaning lady breaking into the room and every time she managed to break in at the most inopportune moment. It seems that at first she turned the key and opened the door, and then knocked. This everyday stress just irritated me. I simply did not have the courage to say this, so I am writing here. A big request to the owners of the hotel: teach your maids to tactfully knock on doors.

-it’s still cold in the rooms. I understand that it’s not winter yet, but in the morning and at night we shivered to such an extent that we dressed in warm clothes and wrapped ourselves in a blanket that was added to the blankets. And they still froze. The door from the room had to be covered with a blanket, because the gap from the corridor could see through as if from the street. It was possible to put at least a threshold, the gap is a little big. In the bathroom, the batteries for drying towels are always cold, bathing suits and towels dried for 2 days. Sometimes in the morning the drying could be barely warm, but it's almost nothing. Even in the morning we could go out onto the balcony and it turned out that it was even warmer outside than in the room. The hotel administration should pay attention to the fact that in autumn and spring, you can turn on the heating at least for an hour at night. We asked other tenants, all wanted some warmth in the room. As a result, we came home with a runny nose and cough. Healed, they say.
- I had to spend about an hour for lunch in a restaurant. The waiters are just not up to the task of serving a large number of people. Although the staff is friendly and hard working. You just need to hire at least 1-2 more people for service, or at least for lunch;
-on the day of arrival, the guy at the reception was calmly sitting on the Internet when we dragged bags and suitcases to the room on the floor. Although the other guy, so a little plump on other days, was much more friendly. Helped open doors and carry heavy bags. I understand that maybe this is not part of their duties, but it's just nice;
-the Internet disappeared in the evenings, but I think that it depends on the number of computers in the hotel;
-I would also like to see an electric kettle in the room, but maybe this is not allowed for safety reasons (question to the hotel administration).
But in general, of course, everything is very fine. Maybe we're just picky and "merzlyuk" terrible. I recommend this hotel to everyone. There are few of them in Truskats. This is one of the best!
