When we checked into the two-room suite, there was no remote control for the air conditioner. Brought after the second reminder a few hours later. There was a pile of cigarette butts on the windowsill outside. Removed, too, after the second reminder. Change towels and take out the trash MANDATORY daily, but no one does. The garbage in the room was removed in the evening on the second day only after I promised to bring it to the reception. On the third day, no one looked into the room : ( There are not a single chair in the rooms. I had to take it on the balcony.
The pools and saunas are really great.
The buffet is good, I would like more fruit, but the first shift probably sorted them out, as they rowed full plates into bags and bags...
There is no internet in the room.
I will NOT come to the Royal Grand Hotel Promenade again!
