Hello to everyone who wants to go to Rubin, but doubts! I have been on holiday since 08/01/09. to 15.08. 09 for 25000 rub.
I traveled from Lvov to Truskavets for about 2 hours. Then take a taxi to the resort for another 10 minutes.
A vigilant guard was sitting at the entrance (which means that a stranger will not enter). I was greeted warmly at the front desk.

The room was a 1-bed "suite" on the 5th floor. Renovation. Warm, light, quiet. Cleaned very well every day. The TV showed a lot of channels in Ukrainian and Russian. Fridge is old but worked great. Electric kettle. There were 2 utensils in the room. That is, I could invite someone to my place. The balcony is large, not glazed, but combined with others. So, it was possible to visit neighbors through it. There was a clothes dryer on the balcony. Bathroom combined. Shower cabin. There was a basin, toilet paper, soap, a coil. Water was given 3 times a day (from 6 to 9, from 12 to 15, from 18 to 21). There was hot and cold water under good pressure. But about half an hour before the end of the time according to the schedule, the pressure decreased. Apparently, so that a person who loves to splash does not stay in the soap, and understands that the water supply time is running out.
The elevator worked even at night.
The food is excellent. I don’t know how they fed on a custom menu, but I had a buffet (you can overeat - sorry for being rude). For breakfast, several types of cereals, casseroles, drinks, bread, snacks and sweets were provided. For lunch - several types of soups, side dishes, hot and cold meat dishes, salads, light snacks, drinks, bread and sweets. For dinner - the same as for lunch, but without soups. The next day, there were already different cereals, soups, drinks (types of compotes, kissels and juices). But the standard remained: tea, coffee, milk, bread. The number of approaches to the counter for any food is unlimited. And yes, for dinner they always gave kefir or yogurt, which you could take with you. Fruit was given every day, but one per person.
To be honest, I arrived with a diagnosis of cervical osteochondrosis. Even though he didn't really exist. It's just that my goal was to relax, and the treatment is already in the appendage. And I hoped that they would prescribe a back massage (I love it terribly, but it’s expensive for a fee). The doctor accepted kindly (I don’t remember his name), asked: “Do you know what directions we have? ”. "No, " I replied. He listed. I made a surprised face. Then he prescribed a mineral bath, physical education, oxygen cocktail, neck massage and Naftusya. Didn't pay him a dime. The sediment was left from standing in queues for registration for procedures. In one queue I stood for about an hour, in the other for about 2. You also need to guess so that one procedure does not coincide with another (but how to guess if you come to another queue, and they offer the same time, they say there is no other, it’s busy). But then you calmly walk in your directions and enjoy. At physical education, there was a cheerful coach with a sense of humor, he constantly made us laugh, invented a variety of sports games. In the mineral bath, they carefully asked about the comfort of the temperature. The oxygen cocktail is very tasty. Massage did some thing, very nice. The pump room worked in the morning, afternoon and evening for several hours. I drank Naftusya as prescribed, but from a disposable reusable cup. Well, I didn’t know that some water corrodes the enamel on the teeth. I wanted to save money on buying a funny porcelain glass. I thought, why is everyone walking down the street with these unusual mugs. In short, I gave up this thankless task.

The park is very beautiful, clean and big. Many monuments. There are no mosquitoes and midges. During the day there are carousels, rental of bicycles and roller skates, stalls with souvenirs, cotton candy and national clothes (for us, Russians, this is a curiosity). Often, mini concerts were held on the street. Evening disco and walks under the moon.
There are so many excursions that the eyes run wide. I went to the Pochaev Monastery. Remained satisfied.
Compared to other comments, we can conclude that the quality of rest depends on: 1) room
2) tables (Swedish, custom)
3) season
4) the person himself (pessimist, optimist)
