Probably the hotel workers think that the guests did not come to the hotel, but to the construction site. The disadvantages of the hotel include very poor heating and almost no Wi-Fi in the rooms.

This time we decided to stay at the "Senator" after looking at the photos on the site and reading the reviews. The hotel is located in the city center, only 5 minutes to the pump room. We have been resting in Truskavie for more than a year, so there is something to compare with. This time we decided to stay at the "Senator" after looking at the photos on the site and reading the reviews. The hotel is located in the city center, only 5 minutes to the pump room. Yes, the rooms are really spacious, comfortable, with good furniture, parquet and excellent renovation. It is immediately evident that the owner approached the selection of the interior with a soul. BUT! Cleaning in the room is terrible, it is simply NOT. Serving person is rude. In the summer, in the heat, at the request to change towels and carry out cleaning, which has not been carried out for 2 days and the towels have not been changed for 2 days, the cleaning lady came to the room and said that towels were changed every 3 days !!!!!!!....after that the room was not cleaned at all. Sorry, but I have not heard, and did not come across that the replacement of towels was every 3 days. During the 16 days of our stay at the hotel, we have never, NEVER carried out a wet cleaning, well, 1 time, at my request, they were vacuumed... I wiped the dust on my own.

At the request to cook syrniki, the waiter replied that the cottage cheese had ended yesterday and right there at the next table vacationers were served cottage cheese!!!!! ! Outrage knows no bounds. . . Is it really so difficult to cook cheesecakes for breakfast, for my own money. The price included breakfast. But every day the choice was the same dishes: porridge or scrambled eggs. I repeat that we have been resting in Truskavets for more than one year, and we are used to the fact that eating at the complex, every morning you could choose at least something new. I had to eat at other places.
The service staff showed complete indifference to the guests of the hotel. It left an unpleasant aftertaste. Especially with regard to cleaning and cleanliness of the room. This has not yet been met. Therefore, I can’t recommend the hotel, despite the good interior and beautiful room, the staff does not match the hotel. After all, cleanliness and the wishes of the guest should come first.
