I just returned from vacation, we lived in the Truskavets 365 hotel and I wanted to write a review so that others know where to go in Truskavets : )
1. The hotel was chosen by friends, they had previously rested there and decided not to change their preferences. We went with a group and absolutely everyone (and there were 7 of us) were satisfied. A very spectacular meeting with a loaf and champagne - mentally. Where else, right after the train at 8 am, not to drink a glass of sparkling wine, if not at a health resort? ))) Check-in from 14:00, but we were settled on arrival, it was not yet 9, and we had already settled and had breakfast.
2. The territory of the hotel, as such, is not at all. It costs itself a high-rise building and no infrastructure at all. But the surrounding area has everything you need. Directly across the road is a cozy restaurant, a few minutes from the center, pump room, market...
3. The room is clean, it can be seen that after cosmetic repairs. There are no complaints about the number at all. The only complaint is against our people, who shamelessly contrive to spoil everything they see around them. Cleaning daily, towels changed every day. From what I did not like - I would only mention the hair dryer. Already very weak and uncomfortable, because. For its continuous operation, you need to constantly hold the power button.
4. The staff is very polite and, what is most interesting, almost invisible. They do not create any inconvenience. The food is very varied. Everyone can find something to their liking: some diet, and some fried chicken)) There is always a choice, and even considering the fact that the menu is repeated, there is plenty to choose from.
Of the minuses in terms of nutrition: fruits - for some reason they are served only in the evening, but coffee - only in the morning.
5. I did not like only 1 moment. The hotel is undergoing renovations at this stage. The management and staff did everything so that the guests did not notice this obvious minus. They honestly warned that repair work was underway, but at the same time they organized the sightseeing leisure of tourists so competently that the repair was not really noticed. Excursion programs were included in the cost of the holiday (there is also plenty to choose from). But for 1 day we were unlucky with the weather and we had to stay in the room. From 9 am builders have already begun to make noise and this went on until the evening. I would not say that this is some kind of blatant minus, because we are not going on vacation to wallow in the rooms. But as a fact, for those who love silence - keep in mind that at the moment the hotel is undergoing renovations.
