Good afternoon! A few days ago we returned from the Truskavets 365 hotel, before that we had already rested more than once in the 365 hotel chain.
1. Meeting and settlement. There was no meeting at the station, they settled only at 14.00, because. our room was not ready yet. The room is normal (4 beds, a refrigerator, a wardrobe, a table, a small TV, 3 bedside tables, 1 chair, a hanger. The bathroom is combined - a shower (the plumbing is old), the hairdryer is uncomfortable and we had some kind of melted one. Plus, slippers, a brush, a rag in every room. Bedding is in good condition, snow-white towels for each, two and one for all feet. There are hangers for clothes. Cleaned daily, satisfied with the cleaning.
What I didn’t like: we arrived one day before the start of the tour, of course we paid for an extra day, lunch, etc. But no one even said that you can come tomorrow for an info meeting, for a loaf of champagne. And when we approached the reception with some questions, the answer killed me: let's quickly, don't you see, I have people! Who am I, sorry? A person who has already paid in full for a ticket is NOT PEOPLE!!!
2. Food. There is a lot of food, but almost every day the same thing. I wouldn't say very tasty. Fine. They didn't stay hungry. The restaurant is small for the number of guests. The New Year's banquet is quite rich in variety, but dishes could have been prepared more tasty.
3. At the expense of the New Year's banquet - the tables were laid in the restaurant and in the hotel lobby, because. many vacationers. Guest artists are fine. But we didn't see Santa Claus!! ! - it was literally 4 minutes.
4. Excursions. I wish there were more tour options. Western Ukraine is very rich in architectural monuments, beautiful ancient cities, castles, etc. Please think over more interesting routes and improve the existing ones - for example, an excursion to Palanok, Chinadievo, Berehove. In principle, I liked everything, although the tour is long. But why was there no tour of Mukachevo? Why not leave people in Mukachevo who do not want or cannot bathe in thermal springs for 2 hours, and on the way back pick them up, or give these people a tour of Berehove.
5. At the expense of evening programs - I didn’t really like it, because in the New Year's tour there was no trip to the church, no concert, no karaoke - a very short program.
In the New Year's tour, the excursion program was also reduced. for example, on January 1st, there was nothing else to do besides a fighting hangover at 15.00. I had to go to Drogobich on my own and conduct an excursion there for my family. And it would be possible to make a New Year's party with Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden at 11.00 for the little guests of the hotel (there were many of them) - the children would be delighted.
Outcome. I can’t say that I didn’t like the rest in Truskavets 365, no, we had a good rest, but everywhere there were some small flaws that I would like to remove. Will we come again - probably YES, but not on the New Year's tour.
