As a review of the weekly tour conducted in your hotel, I would like to share with you my general impressions, as well as evaluate the quality of your services - to voice, so to speak, all the pros and cons.
And so the pros:
+ The most beautiful town of Truskavets, friendly and helpful people, beautiful nature, clean mountain air, healing waters (pump room No. 2 and other healing springs), both historical and new hotel architecture, cafes, parks, alleys, squares, souvenir shops, a fair .
+ Upon arrival of the train at the railway station in Truskavets, a representative of the tourist complex meets and accompanies all guests to the Reception, where they are greeted with bread and salt, a glass of champagne, singing and fruit. After the announcement of general organizational information, guests receive room keys, registration forms and disperse to their rooms.

+ Our room does not cause any complaints, there is everything you need. The room is clean, the floor is carpeted, new furniture, lighting, a small refrigerator, a modern TV, a clean bed, but no bedspreads. The toilet is combined with a shower cabin, the repair was made recently, so everything works perfectly - and the light, and the shower, and the extractor hood, and the towel dryer, for each set of snow-white towels.
Daily room service is performed. True, once they forgot to put paper to the toilet - we arrived late in the evening and there was a "surprise".
Several modern elevators work in the hotel's task, the total number is unknown, and with the simultaneous influx of guests, two working elevators could not cope with the load, you either have to wait 5 minutes or legs up the stairs.
On the facade of the rear part of the building of the hotel complex, work on insulation and plastering continues, so a small amount of foam chips flying into the window of the room with light gusts of wind practically did not interfere with enjoying the view of the scaffolding, equipment and mountains of construction debris outside the window. In the future, the rooms will have air conditioning.
+ The spacious halls of the two restaurants No. 1 and No. 2 are furnished with new furniture, the design and furnishings are at a high level. The service in the restaurants is excellent, everywhere is clean, fed without restrictions - both for breakfast and for dinner. The food was tasty, but at the same time quite monotonous, in a week you quickly get used to having meatballs and sausages, mashed potatoes and pasta, a small selection of salads, and the same compote and water, tea and “coffee” for breakfast.
+ Evening leisure of guests and especially children is organized perfectly.
+ Special thanks to all the staff: the girls at the reception desk, and employees in restaurants, and animators, and drivers of sightseeing buses, as well as special thanks to accompanying guides.

Now for the cons:
- The technical condition, obviously not new, of sightseeing buses would not raise questions if, when organizing long-distance trips, guests would be allocated proven and more reliable cars.

...And so, when traveling to Synevyr Lake, starting from the hotel at 8:00, at the Setra bus after two hours of travel, a radiator leaked at the pass, as a result, the journey there took not 4-5 hours, but all eight, moreover instead of the broken old Setra, the organizers sent the no less old Ikarus, which arrived at the pass only three hours later, and after loading the guests, it constantly “overheated” with further ascent to the lake, we had to stop and wait.
As a result, the “rest” on the lake was reduced to only one hour (Was it worth it to go).
The meals promised by the organizers in Kolyba did not take place, instead, as a meal, the organizers provided everyone with reinforced dry bins, on which the Guests lived this “fun” day.
As a result, unfortunate tourists, who first spent 8 hours in an old bus there, then were forced to jump like saiga antelope "The largest and deepest mountain lake of the Ukrainian Carpathians", and after a quick stop at the "Bear Reserve" flew back. On the way back, the driver was in a hurry, because it was getting dark, and it was dangerous to drive in the mountains in the dark, while the old Ikarus had problems with the brakes on the descent - they overheated, and had to stop a couple of times.
The way back took almost five hours, and with short stops, “satisfied”, “rested” and slightly hungry tourists, at about 23:30, returned to Truskavets 365.
In connection with the foregoing, I would like to wish the organizers to take a more careful approach to checking the technical condition of buses in the future and generally revise the logistics policy when preparing complex, long-distance and high-altitude excursion trips.
To avoid such incidents in the future, instead of old large buses, it is worth using small Sprinters or newer and more powerful large buses.

- Farewell evening at the mountain base "Krutogor".
Before the farewell evening, the organizers considered it amusing to entertain, cheer up and amuse the guests who had come from all over Ukraine with an improvisation on the theme of the UPA fighters (Bendera), animators in the form of "UPA fighters", with weapons at the ready, cheerfully greet those who arrived for the evening, demonstrate the captured and bound "separatist" ”, looking for his supporters among the guests, immediately defiantly “shoot” the prisoner.

After that, the “fighters” hand out the words of a “cool” song (the anthem of the rebels) and offer everyone to prove “that you are yours” to sing it loudly, and the “killed prisoner” immediately sings the loudest.
The subtle and specific humor of this costumed performance would be highly appreciated by all the guests of the evening, but in my subjective opinion, given the situation in Ukrainian society, it is not at all cool to touch on this topic when organizing farewell events. Yes, everyone sang, pulled a glass of tights and went to the base, and the animators disappeared and then everything was very good on the site ...they drank, sang, danced, contests, prizes, cake, vatra.
But it should also be noted that the food at the evening was somehow poor, on the tables 1 liter of wine for 10 people. for the whole evening, not a lot of cold cuts, bread and salad. After 1 hour, they took out a plate of pilaf with meat and at the end of the evening a cake. No tea, no compote, no juice for children. Tables in 15 min.
from the beginning of the evening were already almost empty. At the very end of Vatra, the anthem of Ukraine and calls to come to Truskavets 365 more.
So, against the background of these cheerful "gatherings" and dances, it is completely incomprehensible what the "UPA fighters" were for, shooting, searching for enemies - is this a hint to the guests, so that they would know who they came to visit? Somehow this funny animation does not quite fit in with the atmosphere in the hotel and in Truskavets itself. To develop this topic, I propose to place the same “funny” animators at the entrance to the hotel, at the reception, in restaurants and in general throughout the city of Truskavets, let them check the guests everywhere (sing the anthem, jump ... ) it will be more fun.

In general, I am very pleased with the visit to the Truskavets 365 resort, everything: accommodation, meals, a dense weekly program of “assets” and excursions, all this is organized at a high level.
I recommend everyone to visit this resort town and this particular Truskavets 365 complex.

At the same time, I hope that the administration of the complex will take into account the guests' comments on the technical condition of transport and the theme of animation.
