The first impression was absolutely spoiled by the incompetence of the hotel staff. We booked the tour by phone. We were told that the hotel provides a transfer from Lviv to Truskavets from 9:00 to 13:00, we were asked what time we arrive and what time we would like to leave for Truskavets. Since we had plans in Lviv, which eventually went down the drain thanks to you, we asked to sign us up for a later transfer around 11:00.12:00, and not in the morning. We were told that there were no problems, everything was booked, they explained that we would receive an SMS with the phone number of our guide, etc. Already upon arrival in Lviv at about 9 in the morning, we called the guide to find out exactly when and where our bus would be waiting for us, as it turned out, for some reason we were signed up for a bus that left Lviv at 10:00. I tried several times to explain that this was some kind of mistake, that we were booked on another bus, that we had plans and we might not catch this bus, and that we would be at the station closer to 12 o'clock as originally planned, but the guide (ifI’m not mistaken, Oksana) only repeated that there were no seats on the next bus, since some kind of train arrives there and all the seats are occupied. She said that you should be at the station at 9:45. I once again tried to describe the situation, to convey that you made a mistake and that it doesn’t suit us at all, to which Oksana said to me, “What am I telling you that I don’t understand? ! You should be. ”That is, instead of apologies and attempts to correct the situation, we were also rude. From the very first minutes of our vacation, we were disappointed, the hotel employee allows himself to talk in such a tone with customers, thanks to which he actually receives a salary. We realized that it was useless to talk there and in the end we had to head off to the station by 10 o'clock, otherwise we would have had to get to Truskavets on our own. But the bad impression about the hotel staff did not end there. . When it came time to check in, we were told that our room had not been cleaned yet and that we had to wait 15-20 minutes. We waited, after 20 minutes of waiting we were told that only now they were going to clean our room and that we had to wait another 20 minutes. We waited again and it turns out after 40 minutes we were again told that only now they are going to clean our room. And again, no courtesy, no smile, no excuse, nothing, they stupidly repeated several times the phrase that there are many rooms, cleaning takes time, check-in takes up to two hours, so you have to wait, and all this was said, to put it mildly, not very pleasanttone. We had to wait when an hour had already passed, we finally got the key and before going to the room I checked at the reception whether it corresponded to the one we booked, namely, we had a three-bed room, but with double occupancy and there should have beenone single bed and one double bed. The fact is that when booking by phone, they explained to us that there are rooms in which you can simply move 2 single beds and get one large one, and there are rooms in which there is exactly one double bed. We wanted a double bed and according to this, we were given a room. At the reception they said yes, that's it, get up. When we entered the room, it turned out that there were separate 3 single beds, we had to return to the reception again. I was told that on this issue I need to communicate with the senior administrator, unfortunately I did not remember her name, because the conversation was also not the most pleasant. We explained the situation to her, she said that she would do everything now and move 2 single beds to us. Again, we tried several times to explain that we booked a room on different conditions, that the shifted beds did not suit us, but no one listened to us, we were simply put before the fact that this would be the case. And again, no courtesy and elementary sorry. And yes, we had to wait another 20 minutes. The total settlement was only an hour and a half later, despite the fact that already at 14:00 a sightseeing tour of Truskavets was planned, which we wanted and we had to go, since we were in this city for the first time. And it turns out that due to the disgusting work of the staff, we only managed to bring things into the room and already had to run on an excursion. We were also terribly upset by our view from the window. It turns out that on the other side, the hotel itself is under construction and repair, so the view from the window is blocked, there are all sorts of wooden structures on which construction tools lie and workers walk. You need to warn about such things when booking, and moreover, for rooms with such a view, the price should be lower, this is normal practice, but we were not told a word about this. It is also not clear why, when booking, we were told several times that the hotel has 3 elevators, if in fact there are only 2. It turns out that when booking, customers are lying somewhere, somewhere they are not telling, and this is in the order of things for your hotel. There are no air conditioners, and it was stuffy, I'm afraid to even imagine how hot it is in summer. There were interruptions in hot water. The buses are old, already worn out, some windows are depressurized and therefore nothing can be seen through the window, the air conditioners do not work well, we barely got there from one excursion, it was very hot. Cleaning is difficult to evaluate, there is no information anywhere about what it should be. It seems that something was removed, but so slightly. We did not understand whether we changed the towels. Evening program let's say so for an amateur. It is designed for retired people, young people like us have nothing to do there, the hotel is focused only on older people. The wifi in the room didn't really work. In general, good rooms, a lot of excursions, as written on the site, we went to different ones every day, we all liked it, this is definitely a plus. The buffet is not bad, but the breakfasts are a bit monotonous and the omelet that is served every morning is absolutely tasteless, there is only milk. Also too early dinner, from 17:00. . . given the fact that they give rations on excursions and we constantly stopped by in huts, you just don’t have time to get hungry.
