We have already used the services of this tourist network before (in 2017 we spent time in their own tourist complex "Vorohta 365" in the Carpathians), therefore, having chosen another of their "points" in 2019, we knew that everything would be fine. And we did not lose! Pleasant surprises began immediately - in addition to the promotional “discount” of 20% for those who booked hotel rooms before August 20, we received an additional 10% discount, as already regular customers (and they didn’t require any confirmation from us, but took our word for it).
Well, as for the rest, it was great! Write otherwise does not raise a hand. In this tour network they try to do everything at the highest possible level - as far as it is possible in Ukraine.
“Truskavets 365” is a 9-storey hotel with comfortable rooms for every taste and budget (with daily cleaning of rooms and change of towels). There are rooms of classes "economy", "comfort", "junior suite" and "suite". The staff is very polite and friendly, very helpful, fulfilled all our requests. Everywhere - cleanliness and order. The hotel has a restaurant (two common halls; the third one is a “VIP“ hall). Meals were organized according to the "buffet" principle - there was plenty of food (therefore, for those who like to eat up "from the belly" it was just freedom! ), The choice of dishes, however, is not very large, but everything was fresh and tasty and perfectly cooked!
Truskavets 365 also has its own medical center, where you can get a free examination from the right specialist and get advice on how to be treated further. There is also a small private pump-room with water "Naftusey" and water "Maria". But I would still advise, in order to achieve the necessary therapeutic effect, not to be lazy and visit at least the pump room No. 1 of Truskavets, which is located in the city center - just some 10 minutes, not a very hasty walk from the hotel. I compared the taste of "Naftusya" in the pump room No. 1 and in the hotel - heaven and earth in one word. And in the hotel, the water no longer has a characteristic smell that distinguishes it from other mineral waters of Truskavets.
The excursion program offered by the Truskavets 365 staff is slightly inferior, from our point of view, to the choice of excursions offered in Vorokhta (Truskavets is located in the Carpathian region - at a distance of more than 100 km from the Carpathians), but, in principle, quite diverse and in it we found interesting tours for ourselves for every day of our stay in Truskavets. In particular, we visited the most beautiful mountain lake Synevyr (Carpathian "sea eye"): we recommend - go, you won't regret it!
The highlight of the excursion activities of the Truskavets 365 Hotel is now tours to Poland - to Krakow and Przemysl. True, in order to use them, you need to have a new "biometric" passport - for free, visa-free entry into a neighboring country. Trips, of course, are very interesting, but painfully tiring - in Krakow, for example, you have to leave early in the morning, as they say, and return late at night. But we have already been to Poland more than once and therefore decided not to go there, and focused on “assets” and “superactives” - hiking in the Carpathians and the Carpathians, during which we walked 10 kilometers or more.
The evening program at Truskavets 365 (two discos - on the day of arrival and on the day of departure; performances by artists playing different instruments; singing and karaoke; an evening of poker and some kind of game "Mafia"), in principle, very good . Music would only be given in more romantic discotheques - something from the "disco of the 1980s" at least. And then they strove to turn on something harder, some kind of “techno” or something... Well, this is a matter of taste, as they say.
What else? Well, maybe two more words about the so-called "transfers" (direct and return) that they provide - on the day of arrival they are met at the main railway station of Lviv and brought by bus to the hotel, and on the day of departure they are taken back to the station. Since we are Lviv residents, and we live not far from the railway station, we can be said to have been taken away and brought almost to the very threshold of our house. It turned out to be very convenient for us!
In general, you can relax in the Truskavets 365 hotel - and even have a very cool rest!
