I have a single room for 400 UAH, the room is small, but it has everything I need for a comfortable stay, nothing more. I feel comfortable, personally, such minimalism suits me. There are also rooms for those who want to spend time with maximum comfort, more expensive. Of the minuses: this is not a strong enough Wi-Fi signal to watch movies without braking; and poor ventilation in the bathroom. But these cons are not critical for me. In general, I liked my stay here.
