After a long search and reflection, including using the reviews on Tupravda, we chose this hotel. Let's start from the beginning: the day of arrival. In the morning, leaving the train, we saw a young man on the platform with a sheet of paper on which our last name and the name of the hotel were written. After picking up the luggage, he took us to "Vernigora", not forgetting to show us a short tour of Truskavets. The first thing that caught my eye upon entering the territory was the guard tower and wonderful buildings. Check-in and check-in took a few minutes. The room was ordered Superior Standard on the 2nd floor in a wooden house. What we wanted, we got, for which we were very happy and grateful. In the room: bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV, mini-bar, 2 beds, table, chairs, wardrobe, bedside tables, electric kettle and tea set, telephone (very convenient for communication with various hotel services) as well as 2 bathrobes, slippers , a few towels. An ironing board, an iron, a dryer were divided into several rooms, a water cooler was on our floor, that is, for 2 rooms. I really liked the terrace and the seating area on it (wicker chairs and a table). Cleaning in the rooms: they washed the floors every day, wiped the furniture, brought paper - on request, that is, after a request from the maid. The only negative: I had to often remind both the maid and the girls at the reception of various requests. But all our wishes were fulfilled, for which we thank them very much. The camp left earlier than planned, so there was no crowding and noise, although most people arrived with children of different ages, which created absolutely no discomfort. Cuisine: I was pleasantly surprised by the quantity and quality of dishes (buffet), fast and conscientious waiters. Territory: around the forest, mini-zoo, well-groomed lawns, spa area, medical center, children's and sports grounds. Clean air, squirrels met us every morning. It was nice that the hotel took into account various little things: they turned on the heating at night when it got colder. Unfortunately, most of our holiday was cloudy and rainy, and we could not appreciate some of the excursions (booking excursions at the reception). Were delighted with the tour of Lviv. The excursion minibus picked up at the agreed time at the gates of "Vernigora" and took us to Truskavets, where we were waiting for another minibus, which along the way collected the rest of the tourists from various hotels. Since we missed lunch or dinner, the hotel gave lunch boxes. We had time to have breakfast because we arrived a little early. Summing up the above, I want to express my gratitude to the polite and friendly staff and say that we had a great time and, despite some shortcomings, we will definitely return there.
