The building consists of two buildings, the prices in them differ by a penny, but the living conditions are simply polar; One building is quite decent, here the "price-quality" ratio is normal, the other building (where I was "lucky" to live) is full of guards, I can only compare with the old student hostel of the 70s, there is almost no furniture, and even that fell apart a long time ago, it's time to write off , carpets with holes, in the bath I wiped everything with antibacterial wipes, it’s scary to touch... in the descriptions of the sanatorium on the Internet you will not see these photos, they look too uncommodified))) I went into the neighboring rooms, doubles - the picture is the same.
ABOUT FOOD. In the early days there was a buffet, if I may say so... there wasn’t even enough cabbage salad for everyone))) the food was almost vegetarian, sausage and meatballs, you had to come in advance, whoever didn’t have time was late... Ukrainian buffet ))) After numerous complaints from vacationers, they began to switch to a customized menu. But there were days when everyone was given the same food, despite pre-ordering. For example. buckwheat in the morning. . . buckwheat in the afternoon. . . and buckwheat again the next morning))) Don't dream about varied, let alone dietary nutrition.
ABOUT TREATMENT. I liked the attending physician, he is already aged, but he is an attentive and good person. There are no examinations, procedures are minimal. Definitely a sanatorium - this institution does not pull in any way, so no illusions))) Naturally, you will be "promoted" for paid procedures, we all understand - now is the age of commercial medicine.
ABOUT THE SERVICE. I was on vacation in the winter, it was cold. I taped the windows myself, I couldn’t wait for the staff for several days, although I already reached the director, but he also couldn’t influence))) True, they gave me a second blanket and a fan-heater, I slept like on a runway))) There were no pasudas in the rooms no, teapots too, but you can borrow from the administrator if you ask nicely ; -) They also have irons, but be careful with them, it’s time to write them off too. In general, there is a choice, either not to take risks so as not to spoil the thing, or to walk in a wrinkled form... noble bruising, as they say))
ABOUT BONUS. Everyone is waiting for extra money in the envelope. One of the vacationers advised to give the management a hundred dollars and everything will be fine with you. No comment. . .
MY CONCLUSION. I want to return to Truskavets, the place is wonderful! The second time in "Victor" I will definitely not stop. It's a shame for such a humiliating attitude towards vacationers, unfairly inflated prices and a cold attitude.
