I warned about the arrival three days in advance, but as it turned out upon arrival, the administrator Oleg was not aware. He did not acquaint us with the rules or our rights, and we were asked at every step whether we paid, how we ordered numbers from them, or through Pokupon. 3. The number given is awful, probably they keep it for those who book accommodation through Superdil or Pokupon. What is stated on the site and what was - heaven and earth. The room is not cleaned, bed linen of unknown age, with holes, and black blankets, so washed. And when we made claims, the owner's son told us that we can go Mirotel if we want comfort.
