We arrived in Truskavets during quarantine solely for the sake of walking in the fresh air for the child. There was an intention to rent Villa Roksolana for at least three weeks. We found the villa ourselves based on reviews on the Internet. The villa is located on the outskirts. The yard is spacious. On the way to the Furshet supermarket, packs of stray dogs run around. Be careful! The impression that everything around died out. It is better to look for housing closer to the central pump room. Since the upper pump-room has not been working for several years.
The owner of the villa, Igor (a urologist), promised us complete safe self-isolation during the quarantine over the phone. He promised that no one else would come to our territory near the villa where we will live except for the cat. We arrived on March 28 on Saturday at lunchtime. The owner greeted us joyfully, willingly undertook to carry the suitcase and escorted us to the house. The villa is divided into two parts, we settled in one of them. The room was warm, which made us very happy, as we are heat-loving. Room size 90 sq. m, two-storey, wooden furniture, kitchen furniture "has outlived its usefulness". The first floor, as it were, an entrance hall-living room, was very dirty. But we cleaned it ourselves, we came to self-isolation.
On the second day of our stay, the electric kettle burned down, so it was already old, they changed it to the same one, but it worked. Passed and stank for a whole week in the room gas. We talked about this to the owner several times. Only after a week of our stay, when we said that we would like to stay for another ten days and paid for them, the owner called the master, who subdued the whole thing, and the gas did not pass. Complained that the water does not drain normally in the shower, the owner said that, in general, everything should drain well. Didn't react at all.

On the tenth day of our stay, we ourselves reminded that supposedly it was time for us to change the bed. In the evening, the hostess came, handed us two sets of bed linen, and also asked that we turn the linen that we had on the left side. I didn't even respond to that request. They changed their own linens. The sets of removed linen were folded and placed the next day on wooden mushrooms (high chairs). In the evening the hostess came and said that it was necessary to put it on a bench near their house...
We cleaned the room ourselves and took out the trash every day. When we walked in the yard with my son during the day, he liked to play in the sandbox, the owner's wife, Nadezhda, addressed us loudly for several days in a row, yelling from the window, then from the other side of the yard: "Yes, here you are like in paradise. " Of course, your conditions are far from paradise, but why is it so urgent for several days in a row, people who walk in your yard, having paid the corresponding money for it... make such remarks. Then the owner Igor said that their daughter and son-in-law work as doctors in the Czech Republic and now, during quarantine, they sit with their daughter (their granddaughter) in the apartment, and not in the fresh air. Since your soul hurts so much for your children and granddaughter, do not accept strangers for money during quarantine, and do not express your displeasure to them, no one needs this.
On the 12th day of our stay in the morning, we saw that the owner had brought a grandmother, who ran diligently in all corners and paths of the yard. After waiting for several hours, we decided to call and ask who it was, maybe your relatives or how... because we wanted to go for a walk with the child, but there was practically nowhere to walk. In response, they told us, what about you, this is our aunt, she lives here, she just wasn’t here for 11 days, and now I brought her. When we asked, what about your promised self-isolation only with a cat, he hesitated and said that she would not enter your house. And when we asked, how can we walk on the street when my grandmother is actively running around everywhere?... He did not say anything.
We asked to return the money we paid ten days in advance, and said that we would go home to Lvov. To which the owner said, decide as you know, I will return the money. Interestingly, people promise one thing, but when they take the money, they forget about their promises. On the same day we left, waiting for friends to pick us up, the owner also urged us on and asked when your car would be there, in parting he also said that because of us he lost 120 thousand UAH, since he could to rent his house for two months to other people not for 700 UAH, as he rented us, but for 1000 UAH for two rooms, but he refused, since we lived with him. Dear Igor, it was not necessary to invite us to self-isolation, it was not necessary to guarantee it, especially since you could not provide it, as promised.

Truskavets is empty for the duration of the quarantine, the pump rooms are closed, but since you have such "fabulous clients for 120 thousand UAH", we should have refused and we would have gone home, we are not far from Lviv, more than half of Truskavets such villas as yours are empty . We would have stayed anywhere else. We have never seen such rudeness anywhere else. Although I had to visit many countries and cities. Greeted with open arms, and escorted with rudeness.
Fortunately, we extended our self-isolation in Slavske, for the same money - 700 UAH - we rented a whole house for a day, benevolent hosts live nearby, who value their customers and treat us like human beings. Definitely do not recommend this villa. Waste of money and ruined mood!
