Vacationing with family and friends. We share experience.
- The first and most outrageous is the air conditioner above the bed. Considering that the window is located at the headboard, and the air conditioner, when turned on, blows straight into the head, there were no options left in the room to escape from the summer heat. To the question: "We want to know for the future, are all the rooms air-conditioned overhead? " at the reception kindly answered: "You need to ask the maids. " That is, if you decide to book a room with certain conditions, for example, over the phone, you can be prepared for the fact that a) these conditions will most likely not exist and b) they will hardly be able to provide you with information. Rather, they will send you to look for the answer on your own.
- Farther. Standard room for two. More than a thousand hryvnias per night. In the shower cabin, the holder is broken, rusty taps, the cabin door is broken and, of course, His Highness the Fungus is all around the perimeter! His (Highness) is apparently not at risk of being removed, as well as rust, so that guests remember that this is a Standard room, not a Suite. No cup for toothbrushes, no shelf to arrange your supplies. Such a moldy bathroom is a big disrespect to the guests, I think.

- Now about high, about environmental protection. Room 308 - hot water in the toilet. If it is designed specifically for the purpose of heating the seat, it is certainly ingenious. But jokes on! Boiling water in the toilet bowl? Yes, the toilet is leaking. You can imagine how much hot water (money) flows to nowhere.
- Territory. Well-groomed only where necessary - in the center of civilization, opposite the cafe and the administration. Everything outside the so-called center is unkempt, neglected and unattractive. The lawn is overgrown and apparently never mowed.
- Unfortunate "zoo"! (precisely in quotation marks, because calling a few littered, littered cells a zoo is a brave act). Animals are kept in bad conditions, to put it mildly, and it is a pity to look at them, not joyfully.
- Buffet for an amateur. Breakfast every day is more or less the same, the same scrambled eggs, the same sausages and blanched vegetables "Mexican Mix". My opinion: in summer it’s bad manners to boil frozen vegetables, when there are so many fresh and tasty ones growing around.
- The schedule in the cafe is amazing. Lunch from 13:00 to 14:30, dinner from 17:00 to 18:30. Correct me if I am wrong. For guests with children, it is probably convenient, and for those who do not eat after 18. And for those who are still not hungry by 17, welcome to the Kolyba restaurant. Prices are similar to those in Kiev. Kitchen - for an amateur. Suluguni in pita bread do not take. Frankly not tasty. Herring with baked (questionable) potatoes - specifically from the refrigerator. I would like to know when it was baked? The pasta is delicious. Draniki - no. Greek and Caesar - not bad.

- Now information for those who have discount cards of the Reikartz network. Be prepared for the fact that you will meet different opinions among the hotel staff, strikingly different from the information on the official website. At the reception we were told that we had a 20% discount on the Kolyba restaurant, in the restaurant itself we were stubbornly denied a discount on the kitchen, but they did minus 10 on the bar. A day later, another receptionist assured us that on our card there are no discounts for the kitchen, but there is minus 20 for the bar. In the bar, they continue to throw off all the same 10. On the final evening, we were given a discount of minus 20% on the kitchen and on the bar. Pleasant, but completely incomprehensible. Is it really not laid down in the system that such a card corresponds to such a discount and such conditions? Dear management, whose fault is this? Do guests themselves have to instruct everyone about which loyalty system their card belongs to?
On the positive: nature is beautiful. Really beautiful and green around: forest, fresh air. . .
For vacationers with children in the summer there is a wonderful playground with swings and slides.
The outdoor pool is also more likely for those who come with children. You won’t be able to swim to your heart’s content, the pool is more like a big barrel for pickles.
Smiling and welcoming staff. I think the hotel leaves precisely on the smiles and work of these people. Management does not invest money, time or ideas in the development of the hotel. The once Soviet boarding house remains so. Only every year comes more and more neglected.
