We went to the hotel by invitation for a birthday, so we came and assessed everything according to our impression. We lived in a separate house, which from the entrance pleased us with cobwebs and, accordingly, spiders on it. Of course, someone will say this is de nature, but no one has yet canceled elementary cleaning. There were also 3 spiders in the room! I got the impression that they once invested money in this complex and after that they didn’t spend a single hryvnia on it. In the living room of the house there is a large sofa covered in large spots, it is simply scary to sit on it even in clothes. The glasses look as if they had flowers in them for a year, and then, having forgotten to wash them, they were brought to customers. Cutlery is so worn that it would be better to give disposable. There is not even a cup for toothbrushes in the bathroom. And you need to be prepared that for everyone they will give one towel, which is just wooden from time to time, you can not dream of towels for the face and legs!
Cuisine and service is another story. The word disgusting is even a compliment for a restaurant. For breakfast, I had to wait for dishes for 1.5 hours and we are talking about elementary pancakes and cheesecakes. The waiters don't even bother to clean the tables after the customers and bring you the menu, be prepared to do all this yourself. The administrator responded to a complaint about the kitchen that you need to choose what you will eat and order at the previous meal !! ! There's nothing to even compare it to.
I don’t even stutter about the Internet, where before it.

But there are good things too)) This is nature! It hasn't been possible to spoil it. The territory of the complex is well-groomed and very beautiful! But even this did not brighten up the stay, alas.
