There is nothing to say, because there was only one negative after a phone call and communication with Uv. Elena (if memory serves).
Well, they just responded disgustingly to the client . .
1. Called in tech. hours to book a room. I was constantly dropped! But on the 10th time I got through and an incompetent girl answered me.
The first phrase was, What did you want (in a rude intonation), I replied that I would book a room, she said that she was not up to me, since the clients had a wedding on their nose and she had no time to talk to me, but in more detail, She said that She's not up to me now!
If there is a desire, dial later, did not even say goodbye, but threw the phone.
After that, we did not give up and scored again 5, after a while, but they threw off.
It was terribly annoying
and left a detailed review about what happened, but it disappeared after 2 hours. I left a review again, but they deleted it too.
In general, there is nothing to say. We definitely will not go there with such an attitude!
