We chose this hotel only because of the proximity to the sea (we lived in a room overlooking the beach). Upon arrival, we were met by an extremely unsmiling hostess who did not even bother to portray hospitality. From the threshold, I started talking about a tourist tax of 1% (by the way, I didn’t find a reservation about this on the site for the price of a room), about parking, which costs 20-45 UAH, depending on the place (just under the sky or in the parking lot). In total, the cost has increased in order. Because I made an advance payment for a night stay, I asked to deduct it from the total cost. The lady with a haughty look said, they say, let's get a receipt for making an advance payment (cool, considering that there is no reservation without an advance payment). Good thing I took it just in case. I say, well, look at your place, it’s faster for you than for me to rummage through bags right now. To which the answer was received - I do not have time now to look at the invoices and look for your payment. Well, in general, these are trifles, just an impolite attitude towards yourself for your own rather big money - this is how we think, unfortunately (.
The room itself is quite decent (we had superior comfort). The bed linen is of course sad, old, washed out. The drain was constantly clogging in the shower, the same nonsense in the sink. Smells like sewer. In general, the feeling is a little squeamish from the shower, bathed in flip flops, because. There is fungus on the shower head. There is no hair dryer, so bring your own.
The territory is green, pleasant and well-groomed, there is a swimming pool (paid from this year).

Beach - there are wooden umbrellas, awnings, but to be honest, they are of little use, like shadows. Sunbeds are paid.
The sea-water is muddy, yet the estuary flowing into the sea and a sandy beach affect it. There were big blue jellyfish, but not many. In general, all the same, the sea is the sea))
Food - when I booked a hotel, I asked how they were with food. I was told that there is a cafe on site + a restaurant, so don't worry, we'll feed you. Upon arrival, it turned out that neither the cafe nor the restoran were open. September 5th is out of season. In general, people, the multicooker is our everything) At lunch, the smells of cutlets, borscht and pilaf were heard on the floor))))
Well, Zatoka herself, there is already someone who likes something. This is my second and probably last visit. I would like Zatoka to develop and become better in every way, so that these old Sovdepov recreation centers that stand right on the beach and on the balconies of which people dry (the question is why? ) old carpets will be taken to hell. I want good, or at least normal hotels, with normal adequate service and smiling administrators (and not with a facial expression "Are you leaving, thank God, or are you staying, God forbid? ").
