We took a double suite with a sea view. for 870 UAH. decent price, right? In the same season last year I paid so much for a wonderful 4 stars. hotel in Barcelona. For such grandmas, you can still provide acceptable comfort, I think.
I read reviews a year ago about poor cleaning in the rooms - I hoped that measures were still taken. Nifiga. They hung up a piece of paper that cleaning is only on request. OK. But before the arrival of the guests, it is probably necessary to clean it all the same ? ! We had vacuumed and lined. Bathroom not cleaned! the faucet in the washbasin is leaking, the shower is clogged, other people's hair removal blades are lying in the shower, the mirror is dripping! even if they left a rag, I would have wiped it myself, otherwise it was disgusting to watch all this for 4 days. They cleaned the room after I hung a sign on the door and did only what I asked - garbage, vacuum cleaner, towels. The bed was not made - they threw a coverlet on, and the sheet under it was not even straightened. High level.
By the way, the cleaner has no keys. you have to sit and wait for her to come.

More about the number. The clogged shower was fixed after a call to the reception within 10 minutes. It's good, fast and thank you very much. But is it really not possible for the cleaner to report such things, to fix everything before people move in and bathe knee-deep in soapy water?
Shampoo-soap, of course, no. Lonely on the washbasin was a bag of men's shampoo, shower gel and styling gel ; )))) for some reason, for one person)))) it would be better not to lay down at all - they would not disgrace themselves.
Towels are clean but worn and worn.
Linen. OK. Medium quality calico. But why one and a half set for a double bed??? ? We spent the whole night pulling the tangled sheet out from under us, and still woke up in the morning assholes on a bare mattress.
The curtain is torn. With holes and cigarette marks.
There are 4 outlets in the room. 3 of them - for air conditioning, refrigerator and TV. 4th - in the corridor near the front door. There they charged the phones, putting them on the floor (((
Of the pluses - the room has a good repair, good furniture and in general it is felt that they tried to do it well. But, as always, good intentions are shattered by the dullness of our Soviet-trained staff.
WiFi. It's great to have one, but don't expect to be able to read the news or watch a movie in your room. only in the lobby on the first and second floor. On the fourth, it does not catch at all, on the third they did not check. Fuck. Now unlimited Internet with a decent speed costs 100 UAH per month. + a pair of routers for 200 UAH in order to catch everywhere. Is this saving worth the negative that visitors receive upon arrival????

Expect to eat decently without risk to the stomach? do not hope. Edible there were only salads, pancakes and cereals. Because it's hard to mess up and there's nothing to save on.
Having bought a cutlet or a steak, you can nostalgic for the times of the Soviet Union, when at some station you could buy something with bread, ground pussy-boobs and bone meal. There is no meat there. Although the prices are quite high. It would be better if they didn't make such shit at all, or they would already raise prices.
Breakfast for two cost 100 UAH. + heartburn after a super steak with her husband. I was lucky, I ate porridge.

The cafe has a beautiful interior, good equipment. Why is something that was created with such difficulty so mediocrely spoiled ???

Are you counting on courtesy for your money? Break off. It all started with the fact that we wanted to book a room by phone and we were told that “like come and settle like this, we don’t book. ” After we insisted, we were graciously dictated the details for prepayment and promised a room on the 3rd floor. Paid. Arrived 2 days later as booked. It turned out that for some reason our reservation was not made, there is no room on the 3rd floor, take the fourth and generally rejoice that there is something at all. The chick at the counter also noticed that we actually needed to settle in, so after paying we had to call again and notify her that we had paid and please book anyway. It's disgusting, dude. Communication was carried out in an arrogant tone with a raised eyebrow like “what are you doing to me right here, if you don’t like it - bring it down. ” Despite the fact that we didn’t make a scandal, my husband was just calmly surprised that we didn’t have our armor. I have been in different hotels in my life - in bad and good ones, but I have never been so rude when I check in, when I lay out several thousand for accommodation. Unfortunately, there was no badge on the polite beauty, but she was the only one there - the youngest. Brown hair. An older woman, who was nearby, smoothed the situation and extinguished the emerging conflict.
Well, during the eviction, the beauty was also noted. We went downstairs with bags and a key, hoping to leave. But in her characteristic "polite and tactful" manner, the lady said that we were now going back to our room and renting it to the cleaning lady. And then suddenly I stole a couple of magnificent towels. Another 20 minutes to find a cleaning lady, a re-run to the 4th floor, the procedure for counting towels and a piece of paper for security was safely received to let us out of the parking lot.

I won’t comment on the idiocy of the procedure (for the money we left, one could buy good expensive towels for the entire floor), but is it really impossible to hang a memo in the room like “before you check out, dial the reception, call the cleaning lady” ?? ? ?? ? So that a vacationer, like a mountain goat, does not jump around the floors and buildings back and forth?
Well, now about the good  it is also there)))
Great territory. This is why you can see how the owner tried when he organized everything. Near the buildings there is a wonderful garden with grass, sculptures, lighting and well-groomed trees. Sitting in it on a bench in the evening is a real pleasure.
Good buildings, well finished, the territory looks modern and well-groomed.
For children and everyone there is a nice pool with sun loungers.
There is also a trampoline for children on site.
Beautiful clean well-groomed beach with wooden mushroom canopies.
The beach is cleaned from garbage and gobies every evening with a special machine. Our vacationers are trying very hard to spoil it, so the gobies in the sand still come across, but not in such numbers as on the neighboring ones.

There is a tennis court, sauna-massage and a type of restaurant overlooking the sea.
All this does not work and is not used. It's a pity to watch.
Remove the tennis court that no one needs and make a cinema hall there. With an entrance of 10 UAH. With cartoons and popular films. There is not a single cinema in the whole bay. If everything is done correctly, then not only visitors to Hellas, but also other hotels will go there.
The restaurant has a super attractive advertisement for "set meals". Kapets. Apotheosis of marketing. They wanted grilled mackerel (it's a bay, the sea, pancake) - no. Bychkov - no. We ventured there to order dumplings. Were naturally, shop. But the cheapest! Where there is no meat at all! Spat, did not eat, left in a bad mood. The room with a good repair and an excellent location is idle. Make a fish restaurant out of it, decorate it with fresh flower stalls, put music on the street, put tables on the beach - everyone will walk with pleasure. And feed the administrator with complex dinners and those dumplings.

Security and parking are great. Polite, careful. Unpretentious. Uncles are great.
Well, what is priceless is the view from the room to the sea - the sounds, fresh sea air, the sound of the waves at night, under which you sleep well and even a rough mattress and a stray sheet are no longer annoying))
I won't go to the bay again. For the money that we left there for 4 days + the road from Kyiv, having reported a little, it would be possible to rest in Turkey for a week with quality food, clean sea and polite staff.
Unfortunately, the tourist business of Ukraine will be in the ass for a very long time. I have more and more doubts about whether it is possible to fix anything in this country at all...
