We asked for an improved house (air conditioner, refrigerator, TV) when they showed us the house, we were shocked. The air conditioner is very old, it does not work well, it makes noise, embedded in the wall, there is a huge gap of 5-7 cm around it, the refrigerator is old, it does not freeze, there is no freezer in it at all. The TV is antediluvian, the cable goes out all the time, the remote control is not issued to it. The beds are not comfortable, you sleep like in a hammock, the springs rest against your back that it is not possible to sleep, especially for children. The house is rotten, bottles with an incomprehensible liquid and someone's dirty men's socks were lying under the bed. In the house, the wallpaper is of an incomprehensible color, everything is covered in blood from mosquitoes. The door to the house closes very hard, there are no locks. We wanted to complain to the owner, whom we know very well by sight, but he pretends not to be the owner of the base, but the supply manager, we were shocked. Shame on Alexei Andreevich! The area near the houses is dirty, and near the hotel is cleaner. The shower that is located on the territory beats with current, no one cares about this. The toilets are dirty, so flawed, no one apparently ever cleans them and there is never any water there.
One of the vacationers swore in front of my eyes and asked for a book of complaints, he was given an ordinary notebook, which led this person to anger. The only +, good, kind and helpful people working at the reception in the hotel, only they made a good impression, they always smile, they are very friendly.
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! NEVER HOLIDAY ON THIS BASE, YOUR MONEY WAS WASTED. WORSE BAS, I HAVE NOT SEEN!!!!
