Hello! I never write reviews about the rest, but I probably need to start.
I will try to be objective, since I myself am engaged in business, including in the service sector, and I want the review to be useful to both the hotel owners and future guests.
We rested at the hotel "SUNNY YARD" from 06/24/2016 - 06/28/2016 rooms 4.5, 10. The cost is 850 per day per room (for 3 people)
Location:
The hotel is located in the village "Zatoka" in front of the bridge across the Dniester Estuary from Odessa. If you need to get to the center of Zatoka on the embankment, then the road from the hotel will take you no more than 10 minutes by car through the aforementioned bridge. Although there (in the center) the situation is not much different from the surroundings of the hotel "Sunny Yard". there are simply more of everything: bars, restaurants, trampolines, barbecues, people, shawarma, screaming pita bread, and labukh songs at every step, which, unfortunately, they can’t sing. )))

Now more specifically about the location of the hotel. The hotel stands on a busy street, close to shops, bars, restaurants. From the windows of the rooms that overlook the street towards the sea - the sea is not visible, but you can hear the music from two bars in the neighborhood (BOTH THROUGH THE FENCE TO THE RIGHT AND LEFT) that are open until 01:00, and all the life of the night Zatoka. Our friends did not seem to be disturbed, but they can be heard quite loudly. The balcony was closed and "almost" solved the problem. From the windows of the rooms that overlook the other side, you can see the courtyard, it is quite green and pretty, and the railway (50-70 meters from the hotel to it) Honestly, it didn’t bother me much, 3-4 trains per night but with the doors closed these are trifles. That's why there is sun in the afternoon, which means it's cool and you can't hear the sounds of the street. Trains rest against karaoke and labukhov. even outside the yard, near a piece of iron, fenced parking of the hotel, it’s very good for me. Arranged - for the car was calm. in the yard there is a barbecue (take it to cook) a summer kitchen. The grass is green.
Passage to the sea from the hotel: We cross the road and walk 150 meters along a narrow passage between the recreation centers. CAREFULLY! We do not enter: in poop, pussy and mulberry, we close our nose. We mentally say “thank you” to the local authorities and local merchants for not bothering to put changing rooms, toilets and trash cans on the beach. I didn't see any, at least within a kilometer radius of our location.
Administration: I saw 3 people - a grandmother in a headscarf at the reception, another woman who does the cleaning, and a man, on the household. parts. Everyone is friendly and helpful, no complaints. They don't strain, the brains don't compose. Hello to them from me.
Furnishings in the rooms and service: It is more difficult here.
I'll start with the shortcomings: For 4 days no one cleaned our rooms, there was no time to swear - they spat on their own and washed the floor and plumbing (I don't know if they have cleaning after 5 or 10 days). Plumbing in the bathroom killed in the trash. The faucets are peeling off, the toilet is constantly making noise and leaking water, the shower room also does not shine, the smell of mustiness and dampness. Our friends from 4 rooms on the day of departure, something happened to the sewage system, the stink was such that it hurt my eyes)))).
Advantages: The room is large and spacious, the TV set shows, the hard worker air conditioner works quietly and without failures, the brand new refrigerator freezes perfectly, the repair is not intrusive without gypsyism, it’s simple and enough, the mattresses are hard, but I like it. )))

In general, get ready for survival in Zatoka, stock up on a slow cooker, beer, vodka, cereals. In stores, the assortment is crap. Basically, cheap juices, water, beer, vodka are 2-3 times higher than in Kyiv. (vodka Nemirov 0.7 - 150 UAH, beer Chernihiv - 20) Local cafes cook disgustingly for big money. Even with an unlimited budget, it's hard to eat something delicious. In the area of u200bu200b"Sunny Yard" there is a cafe "Chaika" where you can have a bite and not get poisoned, the prices of a Kiev restaurant are prepared tolerably. Waitress Natasha - hello, she's done well. It is generally difficult to feed children - a slow cooker will help you. In general, hello dear Crimea.
Luchne dig - and in Turkey. Sorry Zatoka and FAREWELL!!! )))
