Protected area. I really liked the work of the guard. Bracelets are checked with enviable frequency, the guards are neat and friendly. And in general - friendly and attentive staff. The road to the sea from the hotel did not bother. The room is comfortable. We had a room in the STANDARD houses.
Comfortable bed, white linen. Towels are changed every day. Repair is worthy. The restaurant is beautiful but pricey. Pleasantly surprised - around the clock working pool. Everything was great, but. . .

1. There is no air freshener for the toilet in the room. I had to buy myself. Guys, 20 hryvnia for a bottle of freshener, for such a hotel - it's ridiculous!

2. Everything pleasant and good crossed out the attitude of managers to force majeure circumstances of hotel customers! Namely: violation of the legislation of Ukraine, and in particular the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights. Each person on vacation may have unforeseen circumstances for an urgent departure. This happened with my wife and I - we had to go to work one day earlier and, accordingly, it was necessary to reduce the vacation by one day. We turned to the hotel managers with a message about an urgent departure a day (!!! ) before the planned departure and, accordingly, about a refund in the amount of the cost of one day. Long negotiations led to nothing, which is a shame for the owners of a hotel of this level. Our right to a refund was confirmed by both my friend (Kyiv lawyer) and the consumer protection committee of the Odessa region.
CAREFULLY read the contract that you are given to sign (one of the points on the discretion of the administration on the return of funds does not comply with the legislation of Ukraine on the provision of services! ) And demand a document on depositing funds, but rather pay with a bank card! We have been visiting Zatoka for 10 years and we encountered this for the first time, although for the entire indicated period we had such a case only once and at the Golden Fish hotel we received a refund for two days without any problems, although the hotel was an order of magnitude lower. The experts of the Consumer Rights Protection Committee offered me their services with a 100% result in solving the money back problem, but there was no time to breed this "badyagu".
Dear hotel owners, I believe that you need to adhere to the laws and rules of hospitality and return money to people for services that your hotel will not provide!! !
