Pre-booked a room for parents with a grandson for 2 nights. The money was transferred to the Privat Bank card, the whole day they sought confirmation of payment from the Dolphin base. The cost is 1700 UAH/day, which is a lot of money for Zatoka. But when the parents arrived at the place, they brazenly, in a rude manner, offered to take the money and showed them to the exit. you see, it’s not profitable for them to settle for 2 days... but it was weak to say about this in advance, before taking the money ???
People came to relax with a child, to gain positive emotions, and they were mixed up with no idea what and did not apologize, but only grinned impudently in their faces. The attitude towards guests is terrible.
I would not recommend this base to anyone. They take money, but they have never heard of such a concept as a service. Administrator Elena, learn how to respectfully talk to people, without raids.
