From a pleasant point of view, we were allowed to leave our things in the “luggage office” and drive the car to the parking lot, so that you understand, the storage room is just a closet under the stairs, which is locked, there are no shelves there, nothing, you just stupidly throw your bags on the floor and all.

What didn't you like? They took us to the room only at 13:10, as the previous guests left at the wrong time, and the maid did not have time to clean the room and she did it in a terrible hurry. The room was cleaned very badly: dust under the bed and hair everywhere, especially on the floor, there was even hair on a clean towel, but you could put up with it, but not with the remnants of some food or candy on the white bed sheet. And we asked the administration to offer us another room, and we were offered one floor below and the room turned out to be clean and there was nothing to complain about. But the only thing I noticed was the very dirty ventilation grate in the bathroom in both rooms.
2. Car parking
In the advertising price they promise you a free guarded parking lot, but they do not warn you that it is not near the hotel, but 500m away. from it to a completely different recreation center "Cote d'Azur". And you can’t park your car under the hotel for a while, as there is not enough space for parking and the security constantly drills into your brain that you can’t drive up to the hotel in your car, and you only have the right to unload or load your suitcases and that’s it Forget about parking.

3. About the room

- WiFi. No questions. Coverage is good throughout the hotel. The speed is good. But on the last day of stay, the Internet was not.
I was very pleased with the daily cleaning of the room, with the replacement of towels, and there are 8 of them. for two. Every day they left new toiletries in the bathroom, well, there is soap, shampoo and shower gel. But the slippers promised by the hotel, we did not see for 3 days.
I really liked the soundproofing in the room, there was not a single sound from the neighbors.
4. Impression of the hotel
- Breakfast. Everything was very tasty, a huge selection of products, every day you could eat something new for yourself. The waiters are great, they cleaned empty dishes in a timely manner and very quickly responded to the requests and desires of the guests.
- Pools. I understand that it is the end of the season and you can not try to maintain cleanliness. But guys, the pools need to be cleaned, that is, both the garbage on top of the pool and vacuuming its bottom. At the bottom of the pool on the 2nd floor, there is all sorts of rubbish and it's not pleasant.
The pool water was very cold both on the 2nd floor and on the 7th floor.

- Jacuzzi. Dear administration! I understand that the water in the kids pool is cold, but that doesn't mean the kids have to hang out in the jacuzzi all day, ok, just sit and warm themselves, by the way, the water in the jacuzzi is not hot enough, so they jump, splash in the water, probably the jacuzzi is built for adults ? Yes, and in the jacuzzi the bottom is full of sand, and you sit not on the tiles, but on the sand. No need to remove.
- Restaurant. Everything is delicious, but half of the dishes on the menu are not available. It was disappointing that 10% for service is included in the bill, maybe you don’t need to take these 10% from hotel guests, they leave a lot of money for your stay.
- Beach. Pros: 1 minute walk from the hotel. The downside is that the sand is dirty, after a night storm, a lot of garbage on the shore near the sun loungers. The sun loungers are very cool, they are soft and pleasant to lie on. It was nice that the room had towels specially for the beach.
