By booking a room in advance for a few weeks (for 2 adults and a child for 10 days) - by canceling the subscription 2000 UAH. A few days before the arrival of the phone or everything is OK - the manager who talked to me said to contact the owner (Ani). I'm dialing her, I hear the answer - call the weekend today, tomorrow. I'll call tomorrow - as a result I received some vague quick answer that we meet guests and all like call when you will. The most interesting thing started on the day of arrival - they completely ignore the phone or drop it. Finally taking a taxi and driving himself - the girls at the reception say that there are no rooms. Then go out the owner says that I talked to someone not from the hotel when booking and that I did not call and t / n. Then it closes in the office for 15 minutes.
I'm waiting - in the rest at our request returns the amount of the advance that was discarded on the card (clearly my 2000 UAH without specifying how much I paid). And just drives out of the hotel - the result, my child and I after a long journey by train + bus + taxi from Kiev to the Iron Port at 19 o'clock standing in a field (where a pile of dust) with suitcases when terribly hot and incredibly tired ...just went to hotels next to look for where to stay. Hearing from other owners that only this day we were fourth (that the owner Anya who looks like a drug addict / alcoholic just treats people like that and it's normal speech) abroad did not do so.
