We rested in the second half of July. The apartments are good and new. Good value for money. Met and settled without any problems. When booking, they stipulated two double beds, arrived - it turned out that one double and two single beds were shifted. An hour later, the beds were replaced with a double bed. The Internet also "appeared" after an urgent request. Satellite TV, which we were promised - no. Towels and linen are changed every five days. There is no private beach, as stated. The beach belongs to the sanatorium "Slava", it is packed with people, the entrance for those living in the apartments is free, sunbeds are paid (15 hryvnia each), most of the sunbeds are old and broken. There are still a lot of people due to the fact that everyone is allowed to go there. We found a nice beach 2-3 km. along the embankment (beach of the sanatorium Dubna), it is paid, but very clean, excellent view of Alushta and the sea, good equipment.
The restaurant "Old Alushta" is not working yet, we were launched, we made an order, and then we were asked to leave the restaurant... they said that they were not working yet and the food would be brought to our room!! ! From the room you can order food without any problems, they bring it pretty quickly, all the dishes are of good quality and tasty. There is one more moment, local bruises gather in the yard at night, there is an op and cackle until the morning, so that it will not work to sleep with the windows open. Opposite the apartments there is construction going on, in the morning and afternoon it is quite noisy, but if you close the windows it does not interfere, all rooms have air conditioners.
In general, our holiday was a success. If you decide, I advise you to go! Just keep all of these things in mind.

P. S. breakfasts can be ordered to the room or cooked by yourself, lunch - restaurant Aquarius, Beijing or Sound Club, dinner - restaurant Aquarius or Beijing. There is a Furshet supermarket not far away, you can buy groceries there and cook in the apartment. On the waterfront prices are much higher.
