It so happened that I already wrote a review about this hotel after a trip there in February. Now I just feel compelled to write another one. We again decided to go to "Respect Hall Resort & SPA" because we had another son, and this hotel has a good number of rooms and with two small children 1 month and 2 years old, we wanted a room more spacious. Here is everything that I wrote last time, now I saw exactly the opposite: very friendly well-trained staff, ready to please you with sincere zeal, the room is beyond praise, it is fully equipped with everything you need, and if something is not there, then it is quickly already there, clean , spacious, comfortable. The SPA turned off the austerity mode, there are slippers, and free tea and apples, all the pools and jacuzzis worked, a trifle, but nice! There was a party, which is also very cool, in my opinion, because in the evening it’s boring just to sit in a room or restaurant, and there is a program, a buffet table and all this without stress, no evening dresses - entrance in bathrobes. Communication with the girls at the reception is a pleasure, everyone understands, they offer, and I have never heard the word “not allowed” from them. We usually come to breakfast late, but to our surprise there was something to eat, last time we were hungry and at our question is to bring something, we were told that everything was over, and now the table is periodically replenished, it is also important, especially if you are with small children. Administration of the hotel "BRAVO! " In such a short time to teach people how to work - you definitely know your business! Good luck in your work. And who else is going to go to this hotel, I recommend.
