1. We booked rooms in this hotel in advance somewhere in February. Anastasia told everything in great detail, answered letters quickly and clearly. There was always a positive response to any request.
2. Arriving in Simferopol, a taxi was waiting for us (pre-ordered in the same hotel). The driver Alexander is just a miracle, it was a pleasure to ride with him.
3. Having reached our destination, Elena met us, it seemed that you had come to visit relatives.
4. The room exceeded all expectations: everything is very clean, the towels are snow-white (not to mention the fact that we were also given beach towels), the room was cleaned every day, the furniture in the room is amazing, the terrace with access to the sea is huge. The room has washing machine, it was generally Super !! ! especially when you are relaxing with a small child.
4. The food was very good. Several times they asked to cook for the baby what he usually eats, they never refused, always PLEASE!!
5. Nearby is a juniper grove, the air is simply amazing, especially for children.
6. A big separate THANK YOU to Tatyana, such sincere warmth emanates from this fragile girl.

We went on an excursion 2 times, taxi drivers drive like crazy, once we almost got into an accident.
2. There are a lot of cafes in the New World, but somehow we were not impressed.
We liked home cooking in Champagne hotels more.

I explained the situation - I'm calling from the hospital, we want a quiet, romantic vacation for two. And bars are not a priority for us. I took a break. I called back - there is a 2-level suite, we can rent you a second level with a large terrace overlooking the sea at the price of the room that we wanted. Immediately agreed. Said the train tickets were already booked. Asked for payment details - refused. Like, I believe, if you come, then you will. Was pleasantly surprised. But that was only the beginning!
Just in case, I call an hour before the train, they say we leave guaranteed! He asks - what about from Simferopol to the New World, because the minibuses do not go yet, and they strained with transport... As a result, a transfer was offered much cheaper than a taxi!
At 6 am we unloaded from the car. On the platform met the driver, to whom they were very grateful. And a couple of hours later they were there.
The number is what is in the photo. Fabulous! Staff - special thanks to the girls at the reception for everything) I asked for fruits and champagne by phone in the room - everything was as agreed. Overslept for tomorrow - brought to the room. On the second day, I decided to make a barbecue for the girl - they gave out a barbecue and showed me where you can fry the meat (30 meters from the hotel). And... moreover - when my lady went out for a barbecue, and took it to the room, he took care to return the barbecue to its place. The brazier is heavy. I took it to carry - fragile girls from the reception came running and literally kicked me out, they say, there is a girl waiting for you in the room)) I can’t even imagine how they perli that grill) Very welcoming, warm and family friendly.
And the New World itself in the low season is romance for two...

The hotel manager Elena is a charming girl, all our wishes regarding food and accommodation were taken into account.

One word is nothing to complain about. The only wish - I believe that since the prices are very high in the high season, this price should include something else... I don’t know what exactly. Well, for example, some kind of subscription to the entrance to the Juniper Grove or coupons for the beach (sunbeds are paid, and free places are sorted out very early in the morning).

There are many reasons for this: firstly, the place is historically rich - ancient peoples lived here, this is a small Ukrainian Champagne, even the Russian emperor visited here; secondly, amazing nature - entirely juniper and luxurious Crimean pines, mountains surround the village from all sides.
On March 8, two pleasant surprises awaited us: champagne and sweets from the hotel and unforgettable weather from nature - before lunch it snowed and everything was incredibly white, and after lunch the sun appeared and the snow just disappeared.
Now about the hotel.
We prefer camping in Crimea for many reasons, incl. and because of the quality of the accommodation and service offered. So, in the Champagne Hotel, you can rest assured that this is a great addition to your vacation. Nobody bothers you, it's clean, spacious, the room has a huge terrace overlooking the sea and mountains, not a shadow of a hint of a "scoop". It’s cool on the terrace, but they couldn’t resist the desire to sit in a rocking chair at sunset with a cup of coffee. Very friendly and helpful hosts: Lena and Alexander, as well as the staff - Tatyana, who served us. At the very beginning, they helped us get to the Novy Svet from Sudak, since transport runs very rarely in the low season, and local taxi drivers take sooooo expensive. Dinner was served right in the room, which was very convenient due to the lack of places to eat at this time of the year (there is almost no infrastructure) and because our vacation was active - we left in the morning, immediately after breakfast, returned around six, when the sun sat down. For all four days of our stay, we never regretted choosing a place to stay.
