My husband and I lived for several nights in this hotel, when we rested in the Crimea - we were satisfied. Very convenient location, within walking distance of everything you need and even more. Hospitable and friendly staff, responds to any request. Very comfortable and clean rooms. The hosts immediately told about places where you can visit and where you can eat well) Next year we will go there again).

I would never have thought that I would want to write a review about a hotel. But this one was a pleasant surprise! It's great that there are still staff who love their work, responsive and understanding. The hotel is perfectly located, everything you need is there, so much greenery! My husband and I were reluctant to leave, if not for the end of the vacation, we would have stayed for another two weeks.

M - 2500 rubles / day - at that time 06/19/2020). The room is designed for two, but has the possibility of expansion. At your request, the hotel staff will place an extra rollaway bed in the room to accommodate a third person. A comfortable double bed is used as the main place to relax. The room is equipped with a wardrobe and bedside tables, where you can place all the things brought on vacation. For a comfortable breakfast in the room there is a dining table. You can prepare meals in the shared kitchen, which is designed for all residents of the hotel.
The private bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The room is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, safe, TV, wireless Internet connection. Rooms are cleaned daily, bed linen is changed every 5 days. From staying at the hotel there were only pleasant memories. Cozy room. Attentive and friendly staff. The private guest house Chaika in the center of Yalta is a beautiful small mini-hotel with a swimming pool and a well-groomed courtyard. The guest house is well located in a quiet area, while nearby there is everything that a tourist might be interested in: the beach, the promenade, shops, cafes, restaurants.
The sea is 700 meters from the hotel. The free city beach is strewn with pebbles, which makes the water very beautiful. Also, pebbles are an excellent tool for massaging the feet, which contributes to deep relaxation and overall healing of the body, which in particular is very important for me, since I have a slight flat foot. For a fee, you can take a sun lounger and an umbrella, which will protect you from direct sunlight and allow you to enjoy your vacation longer.
All rooms at Chaika Guest House offer a wonderful, sometimes simply breathtaking view of the sea or mountains. Guests of the house can eat in a cozy cafe with access to a cool courtyard decorated with flowers. There is also a fully equipped shared kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and grill. A grocery store with a good selection of products is located 100 meters from the mini-hotel.
Among the additional services of the mini-hotel, the provision of free parking and a fresh water pool is a pleasant “bonus” for me personally, since I arrived in my own car, and I like to jump into the pool.

We liked Chaika Guest House. We were at the end of August last year. Here you feel like you are at home (calm atmosphere, caring attitude, cozy), but still you relax. Since this guest house is in the center, everything is within walking distance: shops, attractions, the promenade. The hotel has a swimming pool and free parking.

We were satisfied with the location of the guest house, as it was easy to get to the hotel "Yalta". Near the embankment and we were satisfied with the price of a room in a guest house.
It was in February, and when we returned from the seminar, we felt the appetizing smell of freshly cooked fish. Having learned from the neighbors that fish just caught from the sea are being sold on the embankment. We went to the embankment and bought a fluttering bag of mullet (250 rubles per kilogram). Remembering our youth, my colleague and I cleaned the fish and fried it in the well-equipped kitchen, which has everything you need. I haven't eaten such delicious fish for probably 10 years. Without a doubt, a freshly caught fish cannot be compared with anything!!!
The administrator Svetlana was very kind and friendly, also pleased with the perfect order and cleanliness. The hotel creates an atmosphere of home comfort, which we usually miss on a business trip.

A special place is occupied by the atmosphere of the hotel, which is called "with a soul". Also, special thanks to the administrators (Svetlana and Vladimir). They always help in any way they can: starting with a needle and thread, a first-aid kit and practical advice. Centuries-old pine trees (near the pool) fill the air with an unusual forest aroma that lying on a sun lounger near the pool you feel one with nature, while watching a squirrel gnaw nuts in the feeder. I never had a headache (which happens to me quite often), or anything at all! Surprisingly comfortable place, leaves an unforgettable impression. Highly recommend!
