We were met more than warmly. . . Dayana is our administrator! A very friendly and charming girl. . . She told everything, showed. . . Breakfast was already over, but we were fed delicious sandwiches and tea. Check-in at 14.00 . . you can use everything that is on the territory... The room is excellent, as we wanted with a view of Yalta and the sea... The view is such that we did not even expect... The pool was a big plus... Very good, clean, well-groomed. . . With good and comfortable sun loungers. . . And again, what a view from the busik.... this year the sea in June has not warmed up yet, and you can't swim for a long time. . . So the pool became a salvation. . .
We took breakfasts and dinners, of course we can say that we were satisfied with them... But alas, the cooking is so-so... Well, it could have been tastier to cook... It seems like a simple dish, but why is it not so tasty... pastries true on top! That pancakes and cupcakes are great!
There is a bar. There are many different wines and cocktails for guests... You can take a bottle or a glass... The price is the same as everywhere else, 150 rubles. for a glass or a bottle of 750... of course it is more profitable to take it in a store for 300-550 rubles.
And cocktails are made by bartenders Aleksey and Anton very much even nothing... Very pleasant, friendly young people.

The hotel itself is located in a great location, two steps from the Seaside Park and the beach, the view from the junior suite is beautiful, the interior is pleasant, the pool at the hotel, everything is fine. BUT GUYS! WHAT'S WITH YOUR SERVICE? ITS NOT! FOLLOW THE WORK OF ADMINISTRATORS!

Living in this hotel you need to have excellent physical capabilities to walk to the beach or promenade (10-15 minutes from the mountain one way is normal, but back to the mountain is already too much). Please note that the review is written by a pregnant woman with a 2 year old child. There is also the problem of food and the beach. Definitely, the price of the room should include at least breakfast and some kind of subscription to the beach. But in fact - there is an expensive restaurant on the territory and a public beach where they walk over the heads with a sunbed for 30 UAH or the beach of Villa Elena for 100 UAH in September and for 200 UAH per season (this is the price for a sun lounger). If you want a bungalow on the beach - 400 UAH, and if you have a canopy bed -1400 UAH for one day. In general, by settling in Tea Hill and paying for accommodation, you get a lot of financial surprises. For seven days, not once in the room were they cleaned and towels and bedding were not changed. When on the fifth day we asked to remove at least the garbage, we were told that we had to leave the key at the reception if we wanted cleaning. Our advice - for the same money in Yalta you can find a hotel that will be located in a more convenient location and offer more additional services. More in this hotel or foot.
