We were in a hotel in Ukraine in 2013 and I liked everything VERY!! ! We lived in Modern, ate there. My daughter could not be torn away from the animators - at home all the walls were hung with crafts, quilling, drawings !!! ! I taught this to my entire class! That's why we chose this hotel again! Moreover, this is now our Russia!
They were forced to go through the BiblioGlobus travel agency, as they missed the tickets (and their flight is included in the cost of the holiday). This is where the HORROR began! We waited in Simferopol for almost 2 hours in the heat at the airport, until 2 more flights arrive (there are no shops, i. e. STANDING!! ) We were processed all the way that we needed to use the services of the BiblioGlobus only - and PROCESSED the same! We bought excursions for almost 50 thousand rubles. and got....They really dreamed of seeing Sevastopol, set up their daughter for a trip - it was a separate song - again they gathered everyone in hotels, waited, everything was not connected, the dinner was terrible - and a guide girl who read the text of the tour on a piece of paper-crib! ! ! This could be in a movie! We decided to return the tickets for the next 3 excursions - a complete bummer - IMPOSSIBLE. A very aggressive Tatar girl responded with almost obscene language. decided not to spoil the nerves - they gave these 50 thousand to a poor travel agency. By the way, we are not the only such suckers, on the beach there are also talks about the same problems. By the way, they suggested that there are local excursions, we found the organizer Maria (I don’t remember her middle name) and we were lucky. Everything is very decent and professional, just had to stomp for tickets to the end of the territory.
And the animators were disappointed - there were no circles for children at all! Holidays are interesting too. Every evening they were invited to board games (this is by the sea !!!! ) and dances a la Egypt. It is clear that the daughter and we are disappointed with her. It seems that these are students of the art school in practice - they don’t know how to speak, they are not interested in us - thanks, their leader Lev brightened up the impression.

These are minuses, but our conclusion is that we ourselves are to blame, we chose BiblioGlobus, ANYWHERE else with them !!
And there are SO many benefits! The place is chic, a large area, there are tennis courts, we learned to play. Everything is clean, I liked the Superior room very much. We ate both at the hotel and at the restaurant on the embankment - decently.
We are going to Crimea in August (only considering all our mistakes! )
