Hotel ratings by criteria:
We rested for 14 days in the Superior South room in the Modern building. The price per room during our visit was 10.5 thousand rubles. per day. What we got for this money:
- the absence of the declared wi-fi in the room, it does not exist at all, it catches only at the reception and in the conference room;
- lack of water in the rooms or at least a cooler on the floor, the only cooler is at the reception;
- Constant smell of sewage in the bathroom. The hood was left to work around the clock, but this did not really save;

- the actual lack of cleaning and change of towels. For the first time, we were slightly tidied up and towels changed on the 8th day of our stay, and then only after we had already presented this twice in the form of requirements at the reception. In the next 6 days, we only took out the trash and brought toilet paper once - again, only after we demanded it twice at the reception within a few hours. To all requests, the ladies at the reception answer “it was not my shift”, “but the maid has already left”, etc . ; in order to change your towels at least once a week and bring toilet paper, you have to run after them and demand it all;
- the so-called "buffet" is a choice of two hot dishes, two side dishes and two salads. The food is generally tolerable, but there is no assortment. We ate at the hotel 3-4 times, then chose alternative options;
- things after the laundry are returned crumpled, they don’t even iron them, they just put them in a bag and give them out;
- own beach (4 cards) - not so own, people come there "from outside" for an additional fee;
- the territory is large, green, but all cut up with fences: there is a private sector and old buildings from Soviet times with garbage cans. In fact, there is nowhere to walk;
- dirty dishes in the room: cups with drips of coffee on the outer walls, a kettle with a century-old layer of scale, we were even afraid to touch it;
- the only a la carte restaurant on the territory - RosMarinus: the food is generally delicious, the average bill is 1.5-2 thousand rubles per person, but the quality of service does not stand up to criticism: a lot of dishes in a permanent stop list, an indecently long wait ( you can wait an hour for a salad), the level of work of the waiters leaves much to be desired, to the point that one day they witnessed a scene that the waitress arranged for the guests for the whole hall, blaming her colleagues for the long serving and complaining “how else can you walk and smile at everyone”. We didn’t go there anymore, it’s better to choose alternatives - there are many good restaurants in Yalta, there is an application with delivery from restaurants.
We only liked: the clear sea, the availability of free sunbeds on the beach, and a huge balcony with a beautiful view of the sea (if you live on 3-5 floors).

Otherwise, with such a service, this hotel does not save the sea, the declared price of the hotel does not correspond at all, the declared stars, albeit three, in terms of service level - too, this is not service - it's just a shame. If all THIS cost three times less (as similar costs all over the world), then we would be content with little and the review would be good. But for such money all over the world people are provided with much better services, so at this price we do not recommend this hotel to anyone unambiguously.
