Pillowcases and pillows are ALL IN DIVORCE, it feels like they never change at all. A sheet with a duvet cover in the same stains. Under the sheet, they also found stains and a tuft of HAIR.
The carpet with which the room was covered had apparently never been vacuumed at all; on it one could see all the traces of the vital activity of the former residents of this room. Behind the nightstand was a dirty napkin.
We open the nightstand, and some stench began to come out of it, we still did not understand what it was, but we did not open the nightstand again.
After everything we saw, we found a cleaning lady and asked to change the linen.

There was a heater, by the way, but there was only one hike and we managed to take it once for half a day. The clothes didn't dry in the room at all. It was necessary to take a room with a balcony, maybe there at least she was able to dry.
The prehistoric TV remote did not work.

She wasn't there. At all. Periodically, when we caught the cleaners, we asked them to at least throw out the garbage and change the towels. This was the end of the cleaning. 7 days we lived in a dirty room. In the end, they already asked the administrators, but is the number generally removed?
We were told that yes, it is cleaned every three days. And to our complaint that our room was not cleaned, we were answered verbatim: "We sympathize with you. " By the way, they also asked about spiders, here is the answer, also verbatim: "You must live in a room with spiders. Spiders are not removed" ..
The icing on the cake for this room was the bed mattress springs, which suddenly dug into my buttocks when I went to bed.

Not really great when compared, for example, with a hotel in the same Turkey, but you can eat. Until 4 pm, it was possible to order a snack for the next day in case we went on an excursion.
