ужасное разочарование terrible disappointment

I booked the hotel on the Internet (as usual) after my long questions about the hotel with the administration, I was fully confident that the hotel meets all my requirements (cleanliness, warmth, food, ) (because we were traveling with children in two families) booked a room. at first we circled around the area for a long time in search of a sign, which we hardly found, and my mood immediately deteriorated terribly! there is dirt around, construction work is underway, there is practically no entrance to the hotel (it’s good that in a jeep) Lay out in the photo. everything is different on the site!!! ! well, that's not all!! ! where the wooden floor is not treated with anything, on which they walk in dirty shoes, and if you stomp there with a strong foot, the dust rises like a column, everything is terribly dirty. from the windows, on which dirty sacking just hangs (from which construction dust is pouring) it blows terribly ! ! water flows through the windows! the attic room in which is just creepy! realizing the fact that I can’t stay there, in complete disappointment (having driven by car 1000 km with a 4-year-old child in frost -20) I demanded a refund! True, everything was returned without question! but fortunately we found a chic hotel in Bukovel itself with excellent warm rooms and a view of the slopes for the same price!! ! "Villa Elena" I recommend!! !
