They rented a room on the territory of the water park itself. Unsanitary is full. Everywhere there are cobwebs, mud, cockroaches and a broken san knot. When we had already settled in, without warning in advance, we were informed that the eviction would be at 08:00 in the morning.

Very bad hotel, where the residents are not respected!!!! DO NOT GO!!!!

We went with two small children. Noise isolation is zero, from Friday to Sunday, constant partying until 4 in the morning with drunken faces. It is impossible to sleep, the staff makes a helpless gesture and pushes each other.

It used to be just class clean and comfortable. The staff is pleasant and educated. Now it's just crap. I ordered a room for me and 2 children a day in advance. We were given a room where someone had already slept in that bed.

We arrived at this hotel tired, having traveled 1300 km across Ukraine, they said that there was only a suite for 500 UAH, +50 UAH for bedding. OK. Torn wallpaper, when you unfold the sofa - in the center there is a hole in which you can drown, turned on the water - it stinks of sewage or rotten egg...

Terrible hotel! stench and dirt in the rooms

Acquaintances were asked to count the naked near the border in Chop. Acquaintances chose this hotel. As it turned out, they were shown rooms on the 1st floor, and my friends and I were accommodated on the 4th №28.
