Booked 6 nights at Dragobrat. Since there were no free rooms in the cottages for the full period, we stayed the first night in the main building. The decor is spartan, but clean, everything works, a good view from the window on the 5th floor. The next day, as agreed, we moved to the cottage. The situation is better than in the main building, but did not match the description on the website.

One evening we stayed in the room after dinner and an exciting program awaited us with a booze of neighbors in a common recreation area in the corridor through the wall (no signs of soundproofing). Yes, it was not late, exactly up to 22 hours. 3 healthy young men, 2 of them - the nearest neighbors, in order not to disturb their families, had a booze behind our wall. First I went out and asked them to calm down, then I called the maid - she came and asked, then to the administration - they sent a guard. He came, greeted the company (! ) - And left. On a repeated call, the administration replied that if there was no fight, then everything was fine.
Demonstratively finished the event in the corridor at 22-00, the company of drunken men continued to run along the corridor and scream in the rooms up to 12 nights.
In the morning I applied to the administration with the intention to leave and demanded a refund for the remaining days paid in advance.
Since people were moving in at that time and they didn’t need noise, the money was returned without question. But no one apologized.
A good hotel option was quickly found near a no less convenient location for the same money, but with a different attitude towards vacationers, a higher level of comfort and a much better quality of food.
I will no longer settle in the Dragobrat Group of Companies under any circumstances.

There were very few places at this time, there were only places in this complex. The hotel is quite old, Soviet. There is no repair, nothing like that. It is very cheap. But the hotel was treated with understanding - the money was returned in full, for which I am very grateful to them. So I think by such trifles one can judge the attitude towards the client.

Dragobrat, the mountain itself is a very wonderful place! Beautiful nature, there is a choice of lifts according to the complexity of the slopes. It’s convenient that you don’t need to go anywhere and get up with the sun like relaxing in Bukovel. You do not stand in line for the lift for half a day. Very friendly people.

There is a certain menu from which you order selected dishes for yourself on a tray in a clear portion and quantity. I can not say that the choice is very small or that it was not tasty, just who knows what a buffet is, he will be disappointed. The food is normal, we had a friend in the company who does not eat meat, only fish, and then very rarely, then he did not remain hungry. Very tasty pancakes with cottage cheese for breakfast. A normal choice of tea (in bags, but good, herbal, firm "Karpatsky"), they gave an apple a few times : ), a couple of times yogurt.
2. The room itself is very small, something like a corridor (there is a hanger-wardrobe where they hung outerwear and put shoes) and right there the bed; the door to the bathroom. Thin walls (you can hear the alarm clock from the next room, if you don’t listen very hard, you can still hear conversations from the corridor and the next room), no refrigerator. There was a problem with drying hair : ) we took a hair dryer with us, but there is no socket in the bathroom, and there is no mirror in the "bedroom / corridor", and the cord of the hair dryer, although long, still does not reach. Friends lived in a 3-bed room, it was a little larger, but not really, and differed only in the presence of a 3rd bed.
What is convenient: next to the hotel there are several rentals of equipment and entertainment devices such as sleds; 3 lifts (1 student lift, 2nd one when you move up a step, 3rd if you want to test your strength, come here; ) ); bath; restaurants; the neighboring building with the hotel can be called a "play area" (table tennis and it seems that there was something for children, billiards. It helped a lot when there was a blizzard one day, visibility on the street was 20 cm, it’s not like skating, they reached the neighboring building)
I can’t say that staying in this hotel spoiled my vacation, but the desire to return to this hotel is not! If you are going to ride, enjoy nature and clean air, a great company is traveling with you, you are not picky about food and the place of residence does not matter much, then this hotel will suit you.
