Guys, I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND - PERSON - LIAR, CAD and all negative nouns are synonyms. I'll start over. I found his villa on Booking. com I found a phone number (my first and most important mistake - I didn’t book through the site. . . ) I decided to talk personally with the owner in the old fashioned way. . . Agreed, chose a semi deluxe triple room. I discussed all the nuances - made a deposit - 50% of the cost. Booked four months in advance.... We went to the Carpathians for the first time with a 5-year-old child. . . Waiting like manna from heaven - this rest. 25.12. 2014 arrived. The first thing that “struck” me was that there was no reception (the villa was declared as a 4-star hotel). The "owner" met us practically on the street and immediately demanded an additional payment (Okay, this is nonsense. . . ) The first four days seemed to be normal, but - there is no declared Wi-Fi, there is no sound insulation at all.....To our questions on an Internet, it was stated - it will be tomorrow...... After four days, hot water disappeared, heating disappeared (in the room - 12 degrees (it's good that they took warm clothes)). There were no answers to all our questions, because. it was impossible to get through to the owner or the so-called administrator the first time.....But the worst thing happened on the sixth day of our "rest". In the room, after two or three days of interruptions in heating, unrealistic dampness began to appear - just water flowed down the walls. . . I have an allergic child - in a conversation with the owner, when I ordered a room, I focused his attention on this.... After the child had a seizure at night, the next day we finally got through to the owner and waited for him in the yard for about three hours to invite him to our room.... And when he came in - he was very surprised why the room was damp - he said that it was not his fault. When asked how we would solve the problem, he said that he had no free rooms and he did not know what to do.....JUST SO HORRIBLE.... After a long "cultural" dialogue, he offered us a day later to move to another room for three days, and then move to the next room again, because all the rooms are scheduled and booked.... And instead of relaxing and breathing fresh air, they were forced to roam around the rooms of the "4-star hotel". In general, we decided to finish our "vacation" a little earlier (for three days) (which I also warned him about, saying that he ruined our vacation). He said he would pay us three days. At the time of our departure, he was not in the territory. Our room cost 500 UAH - he paid us 250. There were no apologies, no moral damage. And when his husband called him, the owner said that in general, he could not return the money.....I'm preparing to take him to court.
