This hotel had a winter corporate party. It is very unfortunate that hotels in the Carpathians are growing like mushrooms, and their attitude to guests is stuck at the Soviet level. It was raining and we asked to open the roof in the yard, to which we were denied that it works only in summer, after additional requests, we found the remote control and opened it, and warned that it was broken and could fall.
Wi-Fi is weak and not connected. The doors on the walls are extremely thin, so there is almost every sound throughout the hotel, not that behind the wall. There is no kettle, miners or refrigerator in the rooms. Swimming pool and sauna are extra paid, and money is taken both for hours and for a leather man, but towels and sheets for all paid people are not given.
Keep in mind that the beds are only double, but! Blanket one!

When we asked for a second blanket, which is logical for employees, not a married couple, we were first told that they have no more blankets, then argued that it is not a 5 * hotel, then asked for 200 UAH or they will give a blanket without a pillowcase Can you imagine? After half an hour of arguing with the lady, they brought me one extra blanket in the napernik. But this situation is unacceptable for an institution that positions itself as a hotel.
