This hotel had a winter corporate party. It is very unfortunate that hotels in the Carpathians are growing like mushrooms, and their attitude to guests is stuck at the Soviet level. It was raining and we asked to open the roof in the yard, to which we were denied that it works only in summer, after additional requests, we found the remote control and opened it, and warned that it was broken and could fall.

Wi-Fi is weak and not connected. The doors on the walls are extremely thin, so there is almost every sound throughout the hotel, not that behind the wall. There is no kettle, miners or refrigerator in the rooms. Swimming pool and sauna are extra paid, and money is taken both for hours and for a leather man, but towels and sheets for all paid people are not given.
Keep in mind that the beds are only double, but! Blanket one!
When we asked for a second blanket, which is logical for employees, not a married couple, we were first told that they have no more blankets, then argued that it is not a 5 * hotel, then asked for 200 UAH or they will give a blanket without a pillowcase Can you imagine? After half an hour of arguing with the lady, they brought me one extra blanket in the napernik. But this situation is unacceptable for an institution that positions itself as a hotel.

Overall I liked the hotel. I rested here alone. The hotel has a good location, delicious cuisine and attentive staff. I think I will stop here next time as well.

We booked for 11 nights with a child of 2 years old, we expected that if the weather was bad we would go to the pool and sauna. It turned out that the pool is 150 UAH per person per day, which is not indicated on Booking !! ! if with a sauna 500 UAH, but the pool is ice-cold!! ! to warm it up, you need to inform the staff a day in advance (they found out about the owner at the end of the stay).

My child and I swam in ice, the administrator said that this would be the case. I strongly recommend avoiding the pool.

In the Suite, as in the triple room, there is no mini fridge, no kettle / cups.
A bottle of wine was ACCIDENTALLY stolen from us from a common refrigerator on the ground floor, then at least the money was returned.
When we wanted to leave 3 days earlier (we informed in advance), because the weather was just bad, the owner of the hotel Vitaly said that he would not return the money to us, we had to torment him for a long time about this.
As a result, he told us to cancel on booking (I thought that we would not write a review) and then he would return it on the same day. We honestly believed, but we had to wait a whole week for the money and then he returned only part of it. Then again promises, now he does not pick up the phone and does not answer. Yes, let him invest in the service, as it leaves much to be desired. My advice - do not contact this hotel, on booking after bad reviews they pour 10 empty good ones in order to quickly hide the bad. The owner is a redneck and a scammer, he can’t even buy a normal Wi-Fi router for 18 numbers !!! !

She was fascinated by this place. Beautiful town and friendly people. The hotel has many benefits. First, accessibility, because it is located in the city center. It also has its own kitchen and a swimming pool with sauna. There is also a parking lot where we were able to leave our car. At the reception we were told interesting excursions.

I was amazed that they were waiting for us and called us on the way, or everything was fine and we were politely explained how to get there. The hotel is very cozy, not very big and accordingly there is not much noise and bustle. Our room was bright, spacious, clean, very warm on the third floor of wood. , Hutsul color was felt
In general, I really enjoyed the holiday in Yaremche. And I recommend staying at this hotel.

We were delighted to visit the Finnish moist sauna with pool at the hotel. I was impressed by the purity of the water in the pool and the fact that it is heated. There is also a playground where the child spends every free minute. In my opinion, it is a good combination of price and quality. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SOFIA HOTEL IN YAREMCH.
