Booked a room on the hotel website, which indicated the number of children and age, the site took into account the price and the price of breakfast, the manager contacted, paid 50 percent, upon arrival it turned out that a child 6 years old must pay extra for a separate bed described 2 + 1 capacity, surcharge 800 g for 2 days, decided not to spoil the holiday and paid, and the administrator said that breakfast for the child will not be, we laughed then said that it will be even worse, a one-year-old child knocked on the fireplace door and the glass cracked, even funnier that the handle fell off by the fireplace, it was not done professionally, we did not mind paying for the damage, but first we announced 2200 gr, and then 3000 gr, it became a matter of principle and went beyond that when the administration heard that we from Frankivsk told us "everything is clear with you", and in Frankivsk that not people live, only in Yasinya? We were told that we are cheating, that we broke, not the child, they do not know how to solve problems competently, we will not come and do not recommend, and for the hotel administration - if we have money for your ELITE hotel, then money to pay too there is also thank God that the child is intact and not damaged otherwise it would be a conversation with your low-quality fireplace.

The 11-year-old son, 135 cm tall, according to the hotel, should be placed in a crib, they say they ordered a cot. Those who reported the age of all guests in advance, the administrator ignores. It's evening outside, we're tired from the road. The conditions do not suit us, they do not correspond to the price, but the money is paid, so we tell the administrator that we stay with them for the night, we paid the price in advance, and leave in the morning. The administrator says that he can't settle us: either pay extra for the second day, or I don't settle. I say well, we paid, will you return the money? The administrator says: yes, return the money to the current account within 2 days.

I write in the statement: establish the identity of the administrator, establish whether this person is really in an employment relationship with a business entity and find out whether this is not a fraud. The person seemed to be identified. The administrator could not present the employment contract to the police, I suspect that he simply does not exist and the hotel is stupidly working "black".
I draw the attention of the police to this. They say they recorded it, we will pass it to the labor inspection. I would like to draw the police 'attention to the fact that all the staff are without masks and antiseptics, no one keeps their distance - in a word, they completely ignore the quarantine rules. I am writing another statement about the violation of quarantine rules. The policeman goes to the administrator and receives the answer that the hotel is not working! ! ! ! ! And the guests on the territory - he does not even know who it is and what they are doing here. The whole circus. The police confiscate documents, do not draw up protocols and go on another call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APART HOTEL!

We went in anticipation of enjoying delicious authentic Ukrainian food, as a result, complete disappointment and indignation !! ! The menu is beautifully written, but in fact mediocre execution! Guys, wow!! ! Apartment owners, for this price you should have a decent chef working for you, who understands what chicken sous-vide on a pillow of spinach is, and does not give the client stale meat on a cow cake of frozen spinach with patty... Considering that around there is not a single restaurant in the hotel (the nearest ones are in Bukovel an hour away) - a complete disappointment and a feeling of hopelessness... .

There is everything that a connoisseur's soul desires, a huge fireplace, designer furniture, a lot of beautiful candles, which cannot but rejoice on a frosty winter evening! The beds in the bedrooms are huge and comfortable, with orthopedic mattresses on which you can forget about back pain! The bathroom has everything you would need, shower gel, small shampoos, bath sponges, liquid and solid soaps, hair dryer, towels for legs, face and body, service on a par with foreign hotels! I would like to express special praise and gratitude to the restaurant "5 fireplaces"! For always impeccable dishes, incredible breakfasts, cleanliness and chic table setting! For paid breakfasts, you are sure to be treated to free cereals, juices, coffee and tea to choose from, there is also a wide range of delicious jams for cereal refills.

We will definitely return to this place, but already in the warmer season!

The location is convenient for skiers, very close to Bukovel and Dragobrat not far (again, by car if you get there). The hotel is not located on the highway, you need to go off the main road to a country road and drive there quite a bit.

The hotel is not located on the highway, you need to go off the main road to a country road and drive there quite a bit. With the windows closed, we couldn't hear the road. When walking around the area, the road is certainly audible and visible. The territory is small, there is a restaurant. The complex is expanding, something is being completed next to the restaurant (it looks like a sauna or a swimming pool). There is a small playground (slide, trampoline, swings, ladders, balls, chairs, shovels, a small sandbox under the hill). There is a river flowing next to the hotel, you can hear it when you walk. You can walk around the hills, there is no forest nearby, but there are such small areas with trees. We climbed a little up the hills and from there a very beautiful view of the mountains opens up. The hotel itself is not isolated, there are other houses nearby where they live or rent.
We stayed in the Appart Studio. The atmosphere is very cozy, the furniture is new, there is a whole set of kitchen utensils available (for those who want to cook themselves). Cleaned the room every day, the staff is invisible. There is a terrace, its windows overlook the playground. Because the hotel was practically empty (out of season), there was no one on the site, only we were walking.
The food in the restaurant is very tasty and plentiful. Prices are on the hotel website. Special thanks to Masha, who works in the restaurant. Very nice and sociable girl.
We liked the rest very much. We got a lot of positive emotions, breathed mountain air, gained strength.
We went a couple of times to Bukovel, to Vorokhta, to Rakhiv, to a waterfall in Kvasy. We wanted to go to Dragobrat, but when you leave the highway, the road ends normally and only an SUV can drive.
My wishes to the Hotel: make the sign on the highway bigger and somehow more noticeable and desirable on both sides of the road (we passed the exit almost all the time). Well, maybe in time you will get a couple of horses, I personally didn’t have enough horse rides.
