We decided to spend the May holidays with friends in Transcarpathia. We chose the hotel on a discount site. Read reviews and booked rooms. There were fears, but looking ahead I will say that it was the best vacation in the Carpathians (already the 3rd trip). We traveled from Kyiv by train to Uzhgorod. Since we were with children, we ordered a transfer (the hotel has its own gazelles). The director himself met us besides the driver. Justin turned out to be a very pleasant person who gave a short tour of Uzhgorod and, in general, on the way to the hotel (about 1.5 hours) reported interesting facts about the landscapes passing by. The driver, Uncle Misha, also turned out to be a talkative and humorous person. The road went by unnoticed. Transfer price 80 UAH. from an adult, children - free of charge. Another way to get to the hotel is to get from Uzhgorod to the village of Kostrino by train (you need to look at the consistency of the train and the train). The duration is the same 1.5 hours, but cheaper (although the trains are dirty). In Kostrino you will be met free of charge during the daytime and taken to the hotel.
The hotel met us with the sun and incomparable views of the mountains. It is located on a large meadow at the foot of the mountain. Very beautiful! The check-in went quickly, thanks to the administrator Innochka, who always came to the rescue for any reason.
The room, we got a superior standard, is a good soundproof room with a long corridor. The room has 2 armchairs that fold out (the children slept great) and a double bed with comfortable mattresses. There was a fridge (would like a bigger one). The only moment that caused a sad smile was the accumulation of dust under the bed and behind the chairs. Otherwise, in terms of cleanliness, there is nothing to complain about. Wi-fi catches throughout the hotel.

Meals, breakfast and dinner were included in our price, which was enough for us. Breakfast is always a cut of sausage, cheese and a piece of butter + a light dish like scrambled eggs, sausages, etc. Dinner - side dish with something meat and salad. Be sure to have uzvar or tea. On request, you can order dishes from the menu. Portions are large - prices are reasonable. The staff at the restaurant are very attentive and friendly. And everything is very tasty!
Entertainment. For every taste. There is a bicycle rental (although they need to be adjusted already, which the director promised us), tennis (large and small), an excellent grass field, volleyball and basketball courts, archery. When it rains, you can take board games. Excursions that are always offered. There is fishing, but we didn't try it. There are own horses. There is even a dream on bee hives!!! ! I'm not talking about the bath, tub, massages and billiards. There is a small children's playroom (my wife's only request for a selection of cartoons), as well as a playground outside. Many of the entertainments I mentioned were included in the price of the tour.
In general, the 5 days that we were there were carefree, we did not want to leave at all. If time and opportunity allow, I would like to come back here again. I want to say thank you to all the staff, they made our stay unforgettable. )))
