In a separate room and in the corridor, the general light did not work. The doors to the bedroom and the toilet did not close, because there was no We tried to catch the Internet, which was said to be good, but we couldn't find the necessary signal - that's why we had to use a mobile phone.
We got the impression that from the photos that were sent to us, the hotel was once really cool, but now it needs renovation.
After coming to the room from walking in the mountains and swimming in the pool, unfortunately we could not rest in such conditions, so we had to quickly look for another place.
The staff was very pleasant in communication, starting with the order by phone, quick answers in messengers, but after we informed about the quick departure and named the objective reasons (see above), the customer orientation disappeared somewhere - to questions about the ceiling in the bathroom and light in the corridor had a simple answer: "Well, last year the client flooded from above, that's why the ceiling is falling and there is no light in the corridor. Hey, do I have to do repairs for you now? »

I won’t go around the numbers and ask who wants to go on an excursion, the hotel itself had to determine the time and day of the excursions and post a list of who wants to go - sign up, but if there aren’t enough people, the excursion will not take place, that’s all, in my opinion nothing difficult! The hotel room was normal, but the towels and bedding were never changed, by the end the beautiful white towels and bedding were dark. From the entertainment in the hotel I really liked the sauna. But in general, they were very dissatisfied with the hotel and the organization, so I do not recommend the Visson hotel to anyone! And I advise the owner of the hotel to take into account all the shortcomings, maybe read some literature or watch a video on how to properly and efficiently organize a vacation for visitors so that they are satisfied and recommend this vacation to others!

We bought a coupon for staying at this hotel and went there. The room is clean, there are mini cosmetics, there are enough towels and hangers, despite the lack of a kettle in the room, they provided it to us, which made us very happy. 2. We got to the hotel first by train Kyiv - Uzhgorod, and then by train Mukachevo - Syanki. We got off at the 202 kilometer stop, which is located between the Solya and Kostrino stops. I advise you to go out exactly at 202 km, from there it takes 20-25 minutes to go to the hotel... not so much - you can take a walk and enjoy nature. The cost of a ticket for the train was about 6 UAH according to the student's one. And while traveling by train, you can observe a gorgeous landscape, which is not bad uplifting.
3. The hotel is located between two mountain ranges (there is insanely beautiful - the beauty of the mountains), not near the road (so it's quiet and calm there) - only sometimes in the distance you can watch the train.
4. The girl Yana met us kindly and showed us everything after a tour of the hotel. Check-in at the hotel starts at 14:00, but we arrived an hour earlier and we had to wait a bit.
5. The number itself. We had room 35 standard on the third floor. The room is not bad, but there are some nuances and wishes. Since we arrived a little earlier, obviously the room was cleaned in a hurry and maybe there were some shortcomings. For example, the bed was not neatly made and was a little wrinkled, although it was clear that it was clean and fresh. The paper in the toilet was not removed, the towels were already hanging in the bathroom, although it would have been nicer to surprise them folded on the bed. And the shampoos weren't left yet. In principle, nothing critical, but I would like to remove these small flaws. Another nuance is the smell in the room, which appears if you do not close one small door to the toilet. But the room has many advantages, such as: air conditioning, TV, soft bed and bed, wardrobe, good Wi-Fi and a beautiful window that is located above the bed from which you can see the starry sky at night. The room does not have a balcony, but it is on the 3rd floor which was convenient for us. The walls are thin, the audibility is good.

But you can order something extra, the prices are quite adequate. The staff is very friendly and we are satisfied. Everything is served on time and quickly. We lived in cottages, rented 3 rooms, (were with children) inside each room there is a bed and an armchair that folds out, if we want to put a child there, we have to pay separately for each child 50 UAH per day!
We went into the room, there was a stink of sewerage, to which the administrator said that it would disappear... Let me remind you! (That we booked these cottages almost a week in advance!!!! )
It was very cold, there were no heaters in two rooms at all!!
We asked for duiki! At least for kids! The administrator deigned to give us her due, but the next day, while we were at breakfast, we went into the room and took it away!

The cabins are held on the top two hooks!!!
The other two rooms do not have a TV remote control! In one, the TV did not turn on at all!
Food for 3+. Half of the menu is out of stock! Prices are not cheap! Portions are small!

They didn't install any musical equipment either. . . In general, they ruined my birthday! I had to order a bunch of everything on the spot . . They brought the barbecue almost on toothpicks, the portions are small, they cook barbecue and baked vegetables not on the grill...
In general, we decided not to spoil our mood with this and went to dance in the common room... But at 11 o’clock we were told that they were closing! Although they promised us that we could sit longer!
The administrator Yana came . . Again, she didn’t really explain anything, she said that everything would be fixed tomorrow! But of course, no one fixed anything on the wrong day, not the next! No one even apologized. . .
All with gloomy faces. , sad and not cheerful at all !! ! When they were interested in where to go, they couldn’t answer us, in response they heard there was nothing nearby . .
When we were leaving, we were met, it seems, as a director - the most adequate and pleasant man there ! ! And it turns out that there are a lot of places around where one could take a walk and see the old church and thermal waters.
In general, we will never go to the Visson club! The opinion about Transcarpathia remains disgusting as about their hospitality !!
One plus is that it's beautiful around!!
But from the attitude of the staff, service, etc. This is the worst thing I've ever seen! !
How disappointed we were when we got there!
I'll start in order, the administrator Yana met us - she was not at all friendly, a simulated and not a natural smile...
We lived in cottages, rented 3 rooms, (were with children) inside each room there is a bed and an armchair that folds out, if we want to put a child there, we have to pay separately for each child 50 UAH per day!
We went into the room, there was a stink of sewerage, to which the administrator said that it would disappear... Let me remind you! (That we booked these cottages almost a week in advance!!!! )
It was very cold, there were no heaters in two rooms at all!!
We asked for duiki! At least for kids! The administrator deigned to give us her due, but the next day, while we were at breakfast, we went into the room and took it away!
Mold in the showers!
The cabins are held on the top two hooks!!!
The other two rooms do not have a TV remote control! In one, the TV did not turn on at all!
Food for 3+. Half of the menu is out of stock! Prices are not cheap! Portions are small!
The waitresses were dumb, every word had to be drawn out, very silent, not smiling, and besides, one of them had dirt under her nails, and the second had peeling varnish : (

But when we arrived in Uzhgorod, where we were met by very cordial, wonderful people who love their work and their native land, and were taken to this place of indescribable beauty, our doubts crumbled in an instant! We lived in a wooden cottage: cozy, clean, warm, comfortable, the beauty around is simply breathtaking! We fished (rods are given free of charge), rode bicycles (free of charge), archery, steamed with oak brooms in a luxurious wood-fired sauna, picked mushrooms, went on excursions, conquered the top of Mount Golanya with a local cat.

Here you can also ride horses, play big and small tennis, fry meat or fish on the grill (firewood is free) and much more. All in all, a week wasn't enough! We travel a lot and do not like to be in the same places, but I want to come back here and say a huge thank you to all the hotel staff, where, among other things, we were fed and watered very tasty and varied.
