Before the very entrance to the hotel there is a huge pothole on the road. There are no shops or pharmacies within a radius of 20 km. Each trip to civilization will cost 1000 UAH. One-way hotel transfer is even more expensive - 550 UAH. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Of the pluses, this is a large full-fledged indoor pool, but without attendants, if there is some unforeseen situation, there is no one to help. Despite the prohibition signs, children and adult uncles jump from the curb into the pool directly onto the floating heads. The staff is very unprofessional and not attentive. The food in both restaurants is very tasty and very limited menu. Room cleaning is terrible. All extras services for an additional fee. There is no kettle in the rooms, so you won’t be able to drink tea on the balcony in the evening, you have to go to a restaurant and pay 50 UAH. for a teapot. We signed up the child for a massage, and the girls forgot to include us in the list, well, they just forgot and didn’t even apologize. The child in the salt room forgot the player and of course they didn’t find him, moreover, they didn’t even try to help. The savings on personnel and products are clearly visible. And it is for this reason that the staff cannot pay enough attention to vacationers, since there are half as many of them as necessary. In short, they swung at a high level, but in fact zilch.
