a couple of years ago, we rested in those parts and visited a newly built hotel. We were impressed by everything, and we decided to try to relax there this summer. We went there with a big group. The hotel itself is, of course, impressive. In a word, there is nothing to complain about... Until we ran into service. There is nothing to praise at all. They come to work in the pool, which opens at 8 in the morning, at any time, but the jacuzzi cannot be turned on without them, there are no towels and it has not been cleaned anywhere. The terrace is not cleaned until no one is there, and the cleaning woman begins to take revenge by 10 o'clock in the morning, when people want to rest there. the bartenders are impudent, there is never any pastry in the cafe, everyone promises to bring it, but... And the most important thing is the food, which could only be called food in the days of the Union. You allegedly have a choice between a complex and an order from a restaurant, but it is impossible to eat a complex (in the presence of a Swedish line, which is unprofitable for them to maintain), and there is nothing available from the restaurant menu. The prices are like on Khreshchatyk in Kyiv, and the performance is like in a roadside cafe, and then there is nothing. We tried to find a place where we could eat normally, but it's difficult there.
As for the rooms... The rooms are good, but they come to clean when people go to rest after dinner, and they say that they will not come later. So it seems to make life easier.
In general, it is a pity for the person who invested so much money in this hotel. He (the hotel) has or had a chance to become the pearl of that place, if not the whole area. But, as always and everywhere, personnel decide everything. Rest there costs the same as abroad, but you don’t want to give money for such a level of service at all. Maybe something will change. I would be glad.
