The room is divided into a bedroom and a living room. The room has everything - dishes, forks, spoons, knives, microwave oven, electric kettle, refrigerator. There are bathrobes, slippers, the bed is clean and pleasant. During the week of stay, daily change of towels, daily wet cleaning, garbage collection. The service works conscientiously, the room is always clean and tidy.
Daily breakfast from 9:00 a. m. to 11:00 a. m.
The taste of the breakfasts is much better than in the resorts of Egypt. Breakfast is very full of food. Buckwheat, rice, pasta, potatoes, sausages, scrambled eggs, delicious chicken, baked bacon, four types of sausages, cheeses, and many vegetables were given. For dessert, 2-3 types of sweets, fruit, tea, coffee machine. The menu is also thought out for children, various dairy dishes, yogurts, cheesecakes and pancakes with jam, very tasty and filling food,
The territory of the hotel is gorgeous, you can walk and relax. In the warm season, the pool is open, in the cold season, the pool is closed. There are many great places for family photos on the territory. The territory itself is clean and tidy. There is a barbecue, but it is one and you need to make an appointment at the reception if necessary. Firewood, an ax, if necessary, a skewer or a net are all included in the price of accommodation. Cleaning in the room and change of towels every 3 days, if the staff forgot, after a reminder they clean it without any problems. There is a restaurant and spa on site. The restaurant provides breakfast in the form of a buffet, consisting of cold cuts, sausages, cheese, muesli, porridge, bread, croissants, buns, sometimes syrniki, Fruits make a variety. Additionally, you can order different types of scrambled eggs, pancakes. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Lunch and dinner a la carte, the menu is not rich, prices are on average 100 UAH and more per dish. On the territory of the hotel there are mini-pools, a playground, a barbecue area. The territory is large, divided into two by a small road. The staff is polite, and has not yet been spoiled by the tourist mass market, does not look into the pocket, responds adequately to the request.

The weather in Shayan was super +32. The children did not get out of the pool. In the morning a wonderful buffet. But every day, by some miracle, wasps flew in, despite the fact that we kept the windows and doors closed. Had to be kicked out. There were no mosquitoes either, and we didn’t notice them on the street, although there was a forest around. Problem with Wi-Fi. It can only be caught near the reception and in a restaurant or very close to it. There is a pool in the yard, including a children's pool, but we did not swim. Cleaned for the entire period once.
