Booked a junior suite on the 4th floor immediately and in advance. The room has a large bed, a thick folding chair, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a table on several levels. The furniture is not super, but in good condition. The refrigerator works loudly, sometimes it had to be turned on. The air conditioner is clean and works as it should, at +35 it especially saved. The room is spacious, as is the balcony, where, in addition to a table with two chairs, there is also a dryer.
The bathroom is normal, the linen is also standard clean, cosmetics in individual bottles, added daily, as well as light cleaning with changing towels. The water pressure for the mountains, the hotel on the mountain and the top floor is simply excellent. Also, pool towels were already waiting in the room, which can be changed daily at the reception desk as needed.
The view from the balcony is simply amazing, on a sunny day, overcast and even in a thunderstorm, an incredible panorama of mountains and forests opens up - the very thing for which we traveled a thousand km here. I consider it an advantage of the hotel that you can book accommodation both with and without breakfast. If you want to have breakfast, you can buy a coupon for UAH 150. day by day. Each of the four breakfasts is generally normal, and especially when you add something of your own. In general, the restaurant works averagely.
Ordinary dishes such as borscht, yuska, deruns, salads and meat are cooked indirectly, that is, you can eat everything if you are hungry, but to taste a certain dish, it is better to go to other establishments. Very tasty ice cream at the usual price, it seems 25 hryvnias. for the ball

The size of the pool is approximately 7*15 m with a depth of about 1.5 m, which was enough to calmly swim and dive from the sides, it is nice that jumping is not prohibited. There are also many outside visitors at the pool, who for 300 hryvnias. a person can take a day off. Hence the joke that we lived in a hotel for almost the price of a swimming pool). It would also be nice to make a small platform for washing feet before the entrance to the pool and a summer shower, so that you don't have to go to the changing room, then the water would be cleaner, and it's already dirty enough after dinner.
There is a sports ground nearby, where you can leisurely practice tennis, bring your rackets and grab a couple of old balls, don't even bring new ones with you, but you can take them at the hotel without a deposit and for free. So is table tennis.
In general, a nice area where the local star Pony walks, there is a lake with black swans, a normal children's playground and a trampoline, where children can walk peacefully without adults. Gazebos, barbecues, firewood - for those who want to cook dinner on fire by themselves. There are also enough swings.
The corridors of the building are a real picture gallery, created by artists during their vacation there and which can be purchased for yourself.

Therefore, it would be nice if the administration somehow reacted to the violation of its own prohibitions, especially when they significantly interfere with other vacationers. So, guests of the beginning of August from room 308 - you are real pigs. People come on vacation to breathe fresh air, not the stench of your smoking, which spreads to all balconies up and to the side, and then it is impossible to breathe in the room for several hours either in the morning or in the evening. Phew, disgusting.
The overall impression of the holiday was not affected by this incident, but it would be nice if in the future this aspect was really paid attention to in the hotel, and not just for a tick according to the Law.

We have not been to this region of Transcarpathia yet, we wanted to relax as close to nature as possible. And it worked! ! The hotel is wonderful! Large, beautiful area, great view, room (we had a junior suite) clean, comfortable, cleaning on demand - at least every day. The staff is friendly. The restaurant did not like everything, the prices are too high, the trainee worked, there were some troubles, but these are trifles.

Rested in Erney Laz group. And not the first time. Very, very strongly would not recommend to rest with a large company. Perhaps it is suitable for a family holiday. We were frankly rude, they frankly made it clear that they really didn’t want to feed us, they tried in every possible way to make food in the restaurant for us at an inconvenient time, due to uncomfortable conditions, we had to wait an hour. And sometimes they just openly refused.
The restaurant staff did not hide their hostility during the two weeks that we were there.
I recommend the owners and administrators of the hotel to carefully select the staff and train them in the basics of working with clients and service.

I really liked the huge balcony-terrace overlooking the mountains, a spacious room, albeit a bit with a tired renovation. Cleaned for 4, did not eat at the restaurant on site, went to the dining room of the Karpatia sanatorium. The territory is quite large and well-groomed, there is an outdoor pool. The minus of the pool is that when it is +25, then the water there is icy. Near the pool there are sun loungers, umbrellas and free towels.
We were very tired of the steep climb to the hotel, it was even dumb to go by car. very narrow road and steep, not visible turns.

If you want to play volleyball, it's better to take the ball with you. It turned out that our comments relate to team sports. otherwise I will not repeat the best reviews about this hotel. In the nearest district of any entertainment establishments no. The breakfasts are modest (although they don’t serve oysters anywhere for 35 UAH)))))) Internet work was annoying: slow and with glitches... But in general it’s not bad !!!! )))) It’s quite acceptable for a couple of days .
