The kitchen has also changed a lot for the worse, but with high prices. From such divination, we interrupted our vacation and moved to another base.
We recommend that the owner take his directors (who play cards in the restaurant) by the ear and lead them to other Shayan bases, let them learn cleanliness and order.

Never heard any refusal or rude word from the staff. The restaurant has a very pleasant environment. From the menu you can choose dishes to your taste and budget. Of the expensive ones, I’ll single out trout and grilled vegetables - something we didn’t understand why such a high cost. Other than that, service was fast and top notch. Would love to come back again - definitely yes! Thanks to all the camp staff for a pleasant stay!

Having also paid in advance for lunch, we come to eat, and the restaurant is closed, because the director’s birthday, in general, we stood for about 20 minutes until we were told to take a walk, they say, until they celebrate there. In the evening we got hungry and went to eat, but it was not yet 9 o'clock when they were already closed, while restaurants in the village are open until 11. Everything on the territory is paid separately - pay for the gazebo, pay separately for the barbecue, while they don’t give skewer (and why should I take them with me on vacation ??! ) They asked for a skewer at the reception, as it turned out to be a problem, in a quiet we were given 2 skewers from the kitchen. The result is this: there is no respect for customers !! ! Service at a very low level! I don't recommend this base.

Just a few days ago we returned from Shayan. We are simply delighted with the complex, we were met without delay in Lviv at 6.00, brought to the base with all amenities, while the driver told us about all the sights of the region, stopped in a cozy cafe in Stryi where we were treated to awesome homemade sausages.

Upon arrival in Shayan, we were warmly welcomed, fed a delicious dinner and settled in the rooms. The room is a huge wooden frame, warm, clean and very comfortable. I want to especially note the administrators Olga and Slavik, as well as the guys from the restaurant Volodya and Ivan, who always smiled sweetly and served us at the highest level! Musician Shander created a holiday atmosphere with his singing in Ukrainian and Hungarian! Thanks to the kitchen staff, everything was very tasty!! ! We will be back here again and again!! !
