The overall impression of the holiday is very pleasant. I would like to commend the whole staff for their friendliness and responsiveness. When booking the room, all my questions were answered comprehensively. On the day of our arrival, the staff planted fresh flowering chrysanthemum bushes on the territory - very cool!
We rested according to the "Autumn Symphony" program with complex meals, an excursion and some procedures in the SPA center. The program is not bad, in good weather you will not be bored.
Not too big area, but there are plenty of places to walk and sit in the fresh air. I liked the restaurant with wonderful food, attentive waiters. I recommend trying pancakes, pastries, children's menu. We lived in a Premium Junior Suite: a spacious, bright, very comfortable room. Even in very heavy autumn rain, water does not get on the balcony. It was damp and cold outside, but the room was very warm and cozy. : )

Room (504): you need to pay attention to the fact that much in the room is somewhat worn out and needs to be replaced. There are cups and a kettle in the room, but no teaspoons : ) I really miss the night “duty” lighting in the hallway or bathroom.
Liked the tours. Held at a pre-specified time, a trip by minibus of the complex.
I didn't like billiards. Smoky room. Tables with old, dirty cloth. In general, you need to change the interior and so on.
SPA. Sauna - did not like. Strange lounge with uncomfortable chairs instead of sofas. The chairs are in one room, and the TV is in another. . . AND THERE IS NO DOOR between the common hall and the relaxation room in the sauna. . . There is a small screen that does not cover the opening : )) Children run around there and in general. . . The shower in the sauna requires an urgent repair: an extremely unpleasant place.
I took a spa treatment with a massage and a hamam bath. Liked it, great on a cold day. One unpleasant note - towels should be freshly laundered for each visitor to the procedures, and not dried on a radiator (I could not be mistaken - they stink of dampness).
