The second year we rest in the Carpathians. This year they chose between Bogolvar and Voevodyno and chose the first one. This complex is a tangle of contradictions. Really new and well made. Good rooms, beautiful area. This is where the pluses end. There are several main disadvantages - 1. a restaurant with garden portions (but capital prices), waiters who take tips themselves (! ), The body kit in portions is so obvious that I had to catch it. Never heard an apology. This problem was discussed by us with fellow vacationers - everyone was united - the restaurant and the waiters - a disgrace!
2. The staff can play tennis or fool around in the pool so that vacationers "smoke" on the sidelines. Replacing the light bulb in the room lasted three days, and when I said that I could change it myself, they gave it to me in all seriousness, although it was about a chandelier (there was no stepladder in the room). Cleaning of the rooms takes place daily, but at the time when it turns out from the staff. After a hike in the forest and lunch, we rest - an insistent knock on the door - "Will we clean the mona? "
In general, we will not go to Bogolvar anymore and dissuaded all our friends.
